I'm Nathania, and I fell in love with yoga because of the party tricks. I wanted to learn how to handstand, forearm stand, chin-stand -- basically all the stands. I couldn't touch my toes when I started and "I can't do that" was a comment that showed up a lot in my life. Other people can, but I can't. Well it turns out, yoga is about a lot more than that, but the journey to standing on my hands changed my life. @@snezmil I get it!!! Keep practicing, it will come!! there's more that goes into this pose. Ideally you need a proper warmup to train all the body parts you need And get the mechanics into your body . If you want support with it, this is what I teach inside my program, Yogi Flight School. You get the entire warmup, a LONG pose breakdown (30 minutes to explain EVERYTHING that you need to know about this pose!!) and unlimited personalized coaching until you fly :) you got thisssss

Sorry to hear that! There’s a lot more that goes into this pose- this is just one tip. Inside my program I teach you the step by step and also provide coaching to help. Hope your shoulder feels better soon! Little injuries are part of the journey when learning to fly. Don’t let it stop you

Thank you for this vid! I’m going to give this a try. I’ve been having such a hard time with crow pose. Any tips on the pain the knees cause on the arms? Anyone else experiences this pain? Lol. Am I doing something wrong?!

Yes! The pain in the arms is totally normal and gets better after a few weeks once your muscles build up the tolerance. It's the same as for any other type of skin-on-something athlete (think pole dancers!). A little bruising and getting the skin acclimated is part of the process. You got this!

Yep that's absolutely normal. It takes a few weeks for your skin to get used to the pressure. It does go away, but you need to go THROUGH it!
