I would kill to have one of those rides from LAX back home to San Diego. At least if I were in your shoes and had to come back to LA, I would just camp out at the border and wait to see if someone wants a ride back to LA for $250 straight up. You’d be surprised to find out how many of these people coming from Mexico would be needing a ride to LA.

So basically just stay around LAX. Lol thats where the money is. People tend to tip more generously there if you help with their luggage. Also, doesnt airport rides get an extra $4 on top of the rides? I wanted a Tesla for uber black, but i see you BARELY get any. So its not a huge deal. I have an ioniq 5, a lot of people never heard of it and be wow-ed but when i was in a tesla people tip like crazy! Lol

@@DriveLikeASniper hmmm I wonder how effective that really is… I drive a bit different than most drivers and don’t necessarily go just for surge pricing or more dollars per hour as I promote a couple side businesses that I work on to all my passengers so there are times I take shitty rides where my goal for the day is to run across as many people in a certain areas as I can to meet them, Another thing I was running numbers on are the taxes we pay at getting a deduction of $.65 a mile …. So take one dollar per mile which would be $60,000 at 60,000 Miles driven at $.65 per mile deduction = $21,000 taxable income VS Four dollars per mile which would be $60,000 at 15,000 miles driven at $.65 per mile deduction = $51,000 taxable income That could be anywhere from $6000-$8000 in extra taxes that somebody would have to pay just for getting more dollars per mile… Obviously, putting more miles on the car, lowers the overall value a bit, as well as the chance to come across major repairs which these numbers I guess are taking it to consideration Ubers got this shit figured out down to the wire😂
@DriveLikeASniper7 ай бұрын
Shiiiiiiit I’m def not figuring taxes out, my accountant can do that. Profits baby profits!! That’s it for ride share for me. If it’s not profitable, I’m not doing it
