Honestly, the way she slowly disappeared over time did not surprise me. I feel like she grew away from social media, and I am happy for her. She wasn’t “ebegging” in my personal opinion. She would occasionally reach out if she needed help with funds regarding vet visits for her dog Lola. She had set up insta subscriptions for a little bit but didn’t post often and eventually quit posting in January I believe. I think she’s a good person who’s been through a lot and just wants some peace in her life and there’s no shame in that. I wish her all the best.

Honestly I don’t blame her. If I were in two separate collaboration channels that both fell thru and had hella trauma/drama behind the scenes, I also wouldn’t come back because its just not sustainable at that point. And she has her high school diploma/GED so she has at least a better chance at working in a regular job than fellow members that dropped out and didn’t finish. So it would just make sense for her to go off the grid to explore IRL options rather than stay online forever.

I watched Alex's video on her and Johnnie's breakup, but the only part I can remember is her saying something along the lines of Johnnie wasn't changing/growing as a person? Which kinda fits in with the last comment's theory at 5:51. Maybe she didn't think he was trying hard enough to get better, maybe she felt he wasn't progressing in his career, or maybe it was simply a case of two people going separate ways in their lives, I'm not sure. I'm glad she's stepped away from the internet, though, I always had the impression that she was uncomfortable with her online presence and wanted space from all the attention.

I think she's overall done with social media. She joined at such a heightened point, lots of fame at a young age, trauma, a break up of 5 years which is very difficult and devastating for anyone to endure even if amicable. Her second insta has a post from nov 2022 but that is the only and last post shes made. I think she just overall doesnt want the stressors of social media. I'm sure she has private accounts with a false name and doesnt post herself, and that way she can have peace and solitude. I hope she's okay, but with the direction she chose to take with getting rid of everything probably shows alternatively that she really is doing okay. Shes living a normal life, being a regular person in solitude, and able to be at peace and serenity. We will definitely miss her, but simultaneously, I'm proud of her for doing what is best for her

I randomly decided to check Alex’s channel then saw it was gone and came across yours. I’m honestly not that surprised she basically has been abandoning/neglecting her channel for a long time now. I remember hearing how she didn’t want to really do KZbin anymore a while back she was active on her twitter but rarely or twitch same for her insta she hasn’t posted since 2020 but posted on her insta stories about housing and vet bills for Lola etc. I don’t have proof but I remember about last year johnnie was tweeting some pretty depressive stuff about Alex and the breakup he went live on his insta besides the whole breaking up with him because of his mental health issues he said she cheated on him with a guy she went to a concert with. He said he wanted to talk about it but decided not to to not cause drama he hasn’t said anything since but I never screen recorded his insta live. One thing they don’t ever you when doing social media as a job is how mentally exhausting it can be. From just trying to put out content consistently and keeping up with audience retention. It’s understandable why some content creators feel burn out. While I do wish Alex posted a goodbye video saying that they are not interested in doing social media any more. 5:20 - I was a huge Alex dorame stan, she inspire my whole emo/scene colorful hair era. But as for the money issue, I notice this and it kinda irritated me tbh at one point, because she doesn’t post or do anything.. but on her IG stories she kept asking for money, and I could understand why, the struggle of her moving a lot , and than her pet pug Lola going thru some expensive medical issues/ treatments, forcing her to also move back with I think family, and than moving costs/ expenses. She got a real life job and it wasn’t enough for her to make a living. She has a new job in real life, last time I heard from her. I can’t blame her for needing help tho, but my problem was I don’t think she realized that she not as popular as she use to be in the community she had, because she keeps disappearing and when she needed money for these important things, she has to begged for money, and she not proud of it her self, but what do we get in return ???No one wants to give someone money who doesn’t stick around, doesn’t create content anymore for anything. It’s all just past memories that we hold on to with her now, and she made a second account a while back and i remember her saying that she was going to start posting more on there but nope. It hurts me as a fan tbh but I try to not judge her because it’s easy to see she is going thru a lot, especially after the breakup with her and Johnnie guilbert, I think that’s when it went down hill and we started to see her fade away from the camera. So I was personally watching the whole Instagram e-begging situation when it was happening and she actually did give something in return. She agreed to post/promote people who, I believe, donated a certain amount of money to her on her IG stories. And believe it or not she did keep her promise, she posted the people and their socials and anything they paid her to promote like their businesses, pages, etc. However it was like less than a handful of people though and she's been silent and gone ever since those promotion, other than completely deleting her channel.

I do kinda miss her. I met her at Warped Tour 2018, and she was nice to me. She's an Admin on her own Discord server. Last week, I posted if anyone is in contact with her, and hoping, she is okay. Later on the day, I logged back in, my post was deleted. Chances are, is her, or someone else who deleted it. It's bizarre to delete a harmless question. She does have an OnlyFans account. From what I've heard, she didn't send pics to the ones who tipped her or the promises she made. She shared her side of the story, about a few men insulted her, for not showing more, and told her to kill herself. Later, she deleted those posts. It's awful that happened to her. However, it would be better to not to have an OF. She is struggling with her mental health, but I don't know if she wants to improve, overcome, or admit her strange actions. It's tough.

This is a pretty frequent phenomenon on OF. I don't go into OF expecting hourly posts akin to a professional adult entertainer, but a lot of girls just straight up don't post after the first week, take days to respond to messages (even on small accounts), and aren't capable of fulfilling the smallest of request. This has been bugging me for a while but I do find it strange, the way she didn’t really say her side of the breakup. Yes it was years ago but Johnnie was depressed and needed help since his mental health had been declining even more. I have a feeling she was just mad that he was sick. And breaking up isn’t a solution. Johnnie deserved to get help or for them to go outside and open up their minds. Mental health is a serious thing and he had always talked about it on his accounts and in many KZbin videos. They both had their own issues and I believe that most online personalities, no matter how open they seem never completely disclose their personal circumstances. They got together young and in the time people grow up from that age, they change a lot. Most likely her mental health was also suffering and it's very difficult to be of any help to someone who is also mentally ill when you can hardly take care of yourself. I think it was probably for the best, as are most breakups in everyday life. People don't just breakup after such a long time together on the fly or for no reason.

*New info on alex that ive heard and partly witnessed* she maybe be coming back, but it is not confirmed or for sure. she was seen commenting in Barry (johnnies friend and Editors) twitch stream(wangs) about a month ago. She decided to pop in to check out the chat since shes one of his mods for it along with damon. She also stated she is working but did not disclose what she did for work and she does play games still just she does not go live anymore since she has been busy. There might be a chance that barry and alex stream together to play games but it might just have been a thing they talked about then will go on to play games together without ever streaming it. If you want to look for them, I'd suggest VK and bilibili, I don't know if I did that already, if you find anything on VK it won't show the videos but it will give you the KZbin link that you can then put in the way back machine, to download videos from the way back machine you need to adjust the url, no additional programs or anything is needed, you can message me on Twitter or Instagram if you want more help. Unfortunately I didn't save the titles for the videos I found so that may hold me up trying to retrace those steps because I don't want to upload it as 'random Alex dorame video' or something like that.
