Congrats on starting your training. Im 66 myself but Ive been fit and weight training since HS. Stay away from heavy weights at first! Its a quick way to injure yourself and get discouraged. You have to strengthen your tendons first, so stay with light weight. Do multiple sets and gradually increase the weight. Good luck

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

Appreciate you mentioning age. I'm 70 and getting back to weight training. Too many videos think that means you're almost dead (well) and use such low weight that the exercise seems more stretching (albeit important) than strength training. I also appreciate your unique spin on some standard movements. Some videos are so extreme that they pass up some core basics that I find useful. Keep it up!

Take a glass of water with a freshly squeezed lemon and 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil mixed in. Do it every morning and feel a lot of your joint pain disappear. Also look into ostarine and cardarine to accelerate fat burn anddouble your body tissue repair rate. Final tip, eat healthy and work your way to only having one, max 2 meals a day. Take 3000 mg of vitamin C powder form, dissolved in water every day, will speed up collagen production, lower inflammation and also improve your skin. Your fitness will shoot up, and your inflammation will drop off a cliff.
