Good morning mate, can you do a video on diving with a nose clip, I struggled with switching over from mask. Ascending is a huge change from with a mask. And also I got hektometer goggles and nose clip. My nose clip hurts me, is that something I just get use to ?

hay, it is totally normal to feel strange on the assent when you first try the nose clip but you will get used to it. The reason is the expanding air inside your sinus, but you learn to let the air back into your lungs. Don't give up on it.

Thanks for this video! I've been vlogging about my journey through freediving and really appreciate the knowledge of others making videos as well. I passed my SSI Level 3 and am now training for the instructor course. I know that I'm leaking air back into my lungs and I'm pretty sure it's because I have to use a high amount of pressure to equalize my left ear and sinuses. Do you have any recommendations on glottis strengthening exercises?

Hay, thanks for following, to strengthen the glottis you have to do the same as any other part of your body - put it under stress. take a charge and create extra pressure (not so much that you swallow) hold for as long as comfortable, catch your breath and repeat.

1 more, losing air if wearing mask, not pinching strong enough
