Ah yeah I can see my self doing this instictually it's easy to reverse pack, the deepest I've gone so far is around 20 m but it's definitely not my limit

Thanks for the video! I don't have the flexibility to reverse pack down to 40 m but it's definitely a goal. :)

I’m struggling to understand the difference between a reverse pack and mouthfill. For both of them you bring up air to the mouth from the lungs, right? Is mouthfill just one large reverse pack that you perform earlier in the dive so you don’t have to continuously bring up air via RP? If you RP all the way down, is that just doing tiny mouthfills over and over? I believe I instinctively RP, but I’m not certain

I proper mouthfill is done by pushing the air up with an abdominal contraction. Reverse packing requires no contraction.

YES I can dive way deeper that 15m easy. I just do not want to because of the monsters under that dept.

I have a question and I would like to read someone's else opinion on the matter. I am now doing free diving training and dry training with both weights and bodyweight, as well as holding my breath while doing a big variety of things. I recently got interested in martial arts and I would like to start practicing, on the other hand I want to keep improving with my free diving and I want to avoid getting worse at it by doing something counterproductive. Do you think martial arts training could help me improve in free diving or at least doing it without drawback? And what are your thoughts on the matter? Thank you. I enjoy all your video and I actually takes notes for each one of them.

I think martial arts has a nice crossover into freediving, Flexibility are important in both, as is strength of mind, conquering fear, anaerobic training. I believe both will go together nicely for you.

Hello, with my mouthfill I usually have no air left after 60-65 meters, am thinking about doing smal and gentel reverse packs to be able to equalise, any thought on that? ofcorse I will make sure that my felexibilty is trained

You could learn how to do mouthfill properly and go as deep as you want to. Reverse packing at depth is one of the main causes of squeeze, so I would not recommend that you go that route.
