pool remodeling is different in that like a roof, it needs to be maintained and at least resurfaced every 7-10 years. most choose to update / remodel at that time. if you don't do this, you will have structural issues and your pool will not be usable

@@sharonyohannan199 Yes for the construction maybe, but you need to do a lot to upkeep. Cleaning, repair on broken pumps, resurfacing, etc.

So guys quick question is it wise to have like 2 niches at the same time when starting your SMMA? Plus when finding contractors should you look for a contractor before or after signing a client

depends, it can be good to work with a few when you are first getting started, but over time it is best to niche down to one once you figure out your sweet spot

I just signed my second client in my SMMA, now I spend most of my time delivering service and on my studying for college exams, with less time for outreach. I want to ask for your advice if you think I should continue with the outreach or I should focus on my clients so I can get referrals and recommendations from them for more clients?
