Scent leaf gives another scent to meals👌👌,looks yummy and beautifully made too. The banga took it from 0-100. They tie it that way for the smell to be contained.

I love this soup! It can cure anything lol. My friend from Delta state gaves me last week, have neva eat it bf, l likes the taste so much 👍. I remembered she was begging me to eat it. But later after eating it, l was purging, l had to stop it because of work but I will resume bk to it dis weekend 😀

This is a interesting soup although l a new to different recipes of Nigerian foods we do have African food stores where l live here in USA. Wanting to trying cooking with a Nigerian woman too not make mistake thank you so much. An yes as l cook washing your dishes as you cook is traditional training from my mother.❤❤❤

I think they Tie with so many leaves for protection since they are not using any preservatives They are purely organic so the leaves preserve the ogiri for loooong

Ogudu is called Iru in Yoruba and as you add plenty leaves, it will stop fermenting and the smell could be too strong when it is not in the soup.
