plaintain is full of starches sugar, especially after it's heated, it's almost like eating a potato it's full of starch and sugars

When I lived in a dorm with no stove, no African restaurant around I wish I saw her videos back then, i would off at least try the microwave version at least once to satisfy my craving. @cookingwithcandy great video dear
