Definitely give Stash by SJP a try if you haven’t yet. It’s about as uncelebrity as it gets for a celebrity fragrance. Incredibly unique, well done. Do you care for any of Brittany Spears’ scents? Grew to love her original, Curious, & appreciate Fantasy (tho too sweet for me). Her ‘Believe’ was a very interesting one as well. Lastly, the sadly discontinued ‘With Love’, by Hillary Duff is a gorgeous mangosteen and amber scent. Love your videos! ❤️

Thank you for a great video! I usually have a problem with women reviewing the fragrances, because as women we (me too!) have the tendency to be a perfume snobs. I love how open about perfumes are men. They mostly don't care for the price, but when there is a good clone for a half price they will tell you about it in their review. I just hope women reviews will be as genuine as men are.

Avon has made some true beauties , there is no doubt about it ! I will always love Avon Odyssey , but have loved so many from long ago . There was one called Pearls and Lace, and one called Vivage , from the 80's I would love to have again. SJP Pure Bloom is truly a BEAUTIFUL fragrance , I couldn't agree with you more.

It is interesting that you can’t smell some fragrances. I can’t smell Adam Levine at all. It could be water. The fragrance has to grab me at once, or I give it away. I love,love, love your videos.

Have you ever tried Orginal by Anja Rubik? It’s actually both celebrity and nicheé fragrance. Very good, very interesting. White floral but with a hint. Pink pepper, white lilly, green tea and raisins. Simple but great and powerful.

Cannot understand why Australia is so limited with fragrances...Some are virtually impossible to get. IE: would have loved to have tried Mahora by Guerlain.. Our large retailers such as chemist Warehouse and Priceline advertising "specials" that they never have in stock.

I love perfume from Mary Key Velocity, with banana flowers note, it is absolutely my favorite perfume all the time,but sadly discontinued too. I have quite big collection too around 80 bottles mostly from fashion houses and some niches, but velocity is one of my signature smell.

Agreed with the previous person, how openminded you are, great video. I came across this one fragrance about 8 or 9 years ago, it is from Lisa Watier Vent du Sud, Makeup line from Canada, and love her fragrances. This is Beautiful fragrance, reminds of a fun fruit cocktail, fresh but then hints vanilla and some powder, great for spring to summer, I always get tons of compliments. I like that it is not a well known brand. I always thought it was cheap because I get my discount as a pro makeup artist, but i guess it is expensive.

Yep..I've had some for 15 years that still smell good..just a little bit more potent because the alcohol evaporates a little, so you have more of the essential oils left. That can be a good thing for fragrances that don't normally last.

I've just found this video and enjoyed it very much. I've got some celebrity frangrances, not much of them for the same reasons you mentioned. I love Stash by SJP - beautiful creamy, buttery sandalwood. I've got Fancy Nights and my impression is me eating chocolate in an old library full od dusty old books, I assume it's papyrus note that gives me that library-ish impression. I'd love to get some celebrity fragrances you've got (Kate Walsh one and Queen Latifah) but can't get them in UK. But I've got Madonna Naked, I looooove it and I've got like 6 bottles! I got them when I read that they were getting discontinued. Avon 's got some very few good fragrances and I only love one - Passion Dance.

Nice collection!😊💕 I to love Kate Walch Boyfriend. Only have a 15 ml mini of it so the news it’s coming back is great. I also have JLo Glowing and i love it. But also the Forever Glowing is nice. A bit sweeter but i love the suede-note it has. Jessica Simpson Fancy Nights, love love love it!! I also feel that christmas-vibe from it, it has some kind of gingerbread-note upon dry papyrus. Dita von Teese is nice too but i don’t reach for it often, it’s a bit dry. My other celeb-favs are Jessica Simpson Ten and Signature, they are quite alike but i couldn’t resist the beautiful bottles😉 They also last long. Kim Kardashian Pure Honey is a lovely honey and white flowers and also True Reflection(that has that plum you love😉) Last but not least are JLo Blue Glow, one of few i have a backup of. It’s a summery rosy, slightly fruity aquatic scent, a note i mostly dislike but in this it’s more a fresh-water than salt-water scent. That was my favs:) I also want to ask if you have tried the Chinese high-end brand Shanghai Tang’s perfumes? They have a line called The silk road-collection and i have tried the Oriental Pearl which is a beautiful dark balmy patchouli, in the same vein as Coromandel. I love a few inexpensive perfumes - Tabu by Dana - an amber, balsamic fragrance with a little bit of spice. Chantilly by Dana (formerly Houbigant) - a white floral with woody and balsamic notes. Smells powdery to me. Also Emeraude by Coty. Smells similar to Shalimar, but very inexpensive. I love expensive perfumes too, but occasionally I love a bargain - who doesn't

I have quite a few cheapies but strangely only one of them is celebrity fragrance: Britney Spears Fantasy The Naughty Remix, and I sometimes layer it with Yardley Iris to imitate the white chocolate-iris combo of Guerlain Iris Ganache. My other favourite cheapies include Tuvaché Gardenia 1933 and Yves Rocher Voile d’Ambre, Iris Noir and Accord Chic.

Hi Ami, I recently discovered your videos and am making my way through them. Very enjoyable thankyou! I am currently obsessed with tea, coffee, chocolate, tobacco and pepper notes which led me try rihanna rebelle which I LOOOOVE and now have 2 bottles of just in case it disappears. Another cheapo I enjoy is crabtree and evelyn lavender and espresso and michael jordan (I spray that one low and lightly as it strong and I just want the occasional waft), both i add extra layers of something sweet/vanillary to. I also share your enjoyment of perfumes that have almond and ginger and its a little off topic but you must have Omnia? I had to get two just in case :-D

I own fancy nights, but I really can’t bear wearing it, I asked my brother to use it up, and 2 months ago I bought amber musc from NARciso Rodriguez which is basically 90% the same so I was really disappointed, I’m not sure if this is the amber that I don’t like?, please let me know, maybe I shouldn’t repurchase an amber fragrance in the future, btw they easily can be a unisex fragrances!

I recently got Fancy Nights. I love it. Can't believe how cheap it is, and that it's a Jessica Simpson scent. Smells like something Mugler would have put out. Since you mentioned Queen of Hearts, I was curious to try Queen, since it's supposedly like a more boozy Angel.

I absolutely love queen of hearts, its exactly what I like in a perfume, I'm clinging to my last few drops! I bought the last bottle on the shelf about a year ago and haven't seen it on the shelves since. I have never smelled fancy nights (can't find it anywhere at the moment) but am so in love with the bottle and the notes sound right up my street, I have it in my head that, if I love queen of hearts, I'm going to love fancy nights. I LOVE your collection of celeb scents! You have several that I've never had a chance to smell before and so now they are on my list :) I love plum and white floral's well, and the Madonna ToD and ToD Naked are both absolutely beautiful! I also do love gourmand fragrances and one of my favorite celeb scents is Fantasy which has that "cupcake" vibe that you don't like but it is beautiful on me and I receive a lot of compliments on it when I wear it (though usually I layer it). I have the same problem with Avon's that you do, they turn sour and funky..... I will keep an eye out for the ones you mention though.Thank you for speaking about the fragrance discoloration and longevity issue as well. I really like and appreciate your videos!

However, there are some that are really really good. I have purchased Lady GaGa Fame a couple times. Fame is exotic, sensual, and sweet at the same time. I get asked a lot "what are you wearing?" When my daughter was in middle school, I bought her and a couple of her friends Mariah Carey M. M is another fragrance we have repurchased many times. I am curious to smell Queen Latifa....
