well I want someone that I am physically attracted to but it's not the #1, it is however usually the starter especially if doing online dating. I find you can tell a heck of a lot by their photos, it's not necessarily how they look physically but the vibe you get from the photo. Are you out? traveling? how do you dress? is fashion important? putting yourself together important? are you just taking bathroom selfies with a completely dirty mirror and there is a complete mess behind you (really surprising how often this happens). The looks will either get better or worse depending on your chemistry/compatibility. I've def been with people that were super hot but so dull and I was bored after 1 date (it didn't go beyond that). I've also seen the opposite happen though more rarely but I think that's more a matter of I haven't met the right people yet

She's addressed this on her show a few times. So she is aware of the irony of her being single yet connecting others. She is a healer in this way. And being a healer is not the easiest path. Marisa is also wrong sometimes. She said it's not a relationship if you're not having sex. Some people develop a relationship first and don't just jump into bed right away. If I'm dating someone and building up a connection, I consider that a relationship.
@MarisaPeer3 жыл бұрын
Marisa has said this in reference to relationships where people no longer have sex, but once did, indicating that something is now amiss in the relationship. Sex is an expression that is different for everyone of course, and all relationships go through different seasons where there might be less, or more intimacy. Yes , lack of trust is a valid reason for breaking up with someone. Being able to trust your partner is one of the key elements in a relationship, along with honesty , faithfulness , good communication and loyalty. If a relationship has none of these very important factors , then the relationship is doomed to fail from the beginning . You don't want to be with someone just because everyone else has someone ,then you're doing it for the wrong reason. I hope this answer helps you!!!!

twin flame is not only for hetero couples...divine masculine energy can be in literally any body! regardless of gender identity! it's kind of a shame that you both dismissed twin flame energy so quickly because it's clear neither of you truly understand it. 😒also, you do not only have ONE twin flame. twin flame is an ENERGY--a vibration that you can share with someone at the same level. marisa, i implore you to get someone on here who actually knows their shit and can help us actual twin flames. we are powerful lightworkers who template for the future of humanity by anchoring the spirit of unconditional love. also, if you want to talk about bullshit, let's talk about how patti is 60 with two failed marriages trying to tell us how to get a man. just saying 🤧

Frida and Diego are famous twin flames...🙄
@kadensmike81903 жыл бұрын
I had a chuckle at the concept of 'divine masculine energy' - it's a social construction not a form of energy known to physicists/engineers - it can't be measured, converted into work or transformed into another form of energy. So does it really matter who is brought on the channel to mouth pseudo-scientific psychobabble? With a lot of these gurus you have to use your own judgement as to whether their advice is worth noting. Perhaps the MP channel should feature more on people who encounter obstacles in their lives because they are in a minority? I think this channel gives advice about heterosexual relationships because the majority of us have these rather than other types of relationships. Marisa herself said a relationship wasn't a relationship without sex, and one wonders how celibate couples would view that attitude towards their relationships.

Hey Marisa, loved this video but I'm wondering was this geared more so towards the women??? because it seems like the tone of conversation was more in perspective of women. I only ask because u both hit the nail on the head of my most recent experience with a "relationship" i thought i was in. It was with an older woman, we live in different states and for a whole year all we did was talk on the phone/video chat because she would always want to wait whenever i wanted to meet. She ended things with me back in April because she felt we weren't compatible as she put it but now she's in a whole new relationship with another guy and i suspect maybe that was going on the whole time.

Great discussion. I like what Patti was saying about getting in the right mindset BEFORE going online, going out etc. Makes so much sense.....but so challenging when you are suffering deep depression. I feel like I am trying so darn hard to lift myself up inside so I have the energy and feel good enough to reach for things....or even do the basics. Feel like I am spinning my wheels at step one. I have tried a bit of self hypnotherapy and I am not sure if I am hypnotizable. Admittedly, I have not tried repeatedly so maybe I just need to keep at it. I really believe that Marisa is right in using hypnotherapy to reach the subconscious to get change. I just seem to struggle to get there. Very encouraging discussion overall though. @@MarisaPeer finding that dating is difficult at the end of an age, and finding women deficient when it comes to them being aware of deception and a will to stand for anything, in my opinion, is already a healthy way to see the world. Anything based in truth doesn't require a ton of time and many visits. You say it, and it makes sense. This place is about suffering, and it becomes a question of suffering alone, or suffering with someone else, because you wanted a break from suffering, which must be compensated for here in this ball of hell. Earth is not a place where we are supposed to be happy, because whatever is in control of earth is inherently evil, and all consuming. I think the Cathars might have been right about the earth experience. I see the people who act happy on this planet, and they are fake. It sickens me to be around them. I'm on a farm during a culling of the herd based on 2160 year old lies made up by those who still define reality for most people. I think there must be a better place than this, it's just not so great in the first place.

You’re so wrong, Patti! There are plenty of same-sex twin flames. Check out the many, many tarot card readers who are careful to explain that it’s all about energy, masculine and feminine, NOT about gender!

I didn't like the idea of women going to the carwash pretending to be something they're not. I'm tired of people pretending to be something they're not. But it is written that you can argue logic with logic, but not with illogic.

Maybe she does not want to , it is not every woman that wants to have a husband .

I think sometimes it is easier to set other people up than yourself. We don't always see ourselves clearly because we are too close. A therapist could never be their own therapist. This probably works the same way.

@@averagejane09 I think a therapist can be their own therapist - MP has worked on herself and other therapists have done likewise.

Kinda resent hearing millennials don't work for what they get...that we stay at home after college. Getting a mortgage is harder. I have needed to move back a few times due to redundancy and trying to avoid debt but I work for everything and get on track. I ask for help when need it and in difficult positions so don't ruin my mental health further. This is more like watching two friends catch up

I BECAME A SEX THERAPIST BECAUSE OF MY LAST RELATIONSHIP. I WAS SO CONFUSED ABOUT SEX, LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS BECAUSE I DIDN'T SEE MY PARENTS BE IN A LOVING RELATIONSHIP. MY DAD LEFT MY MOM BECAUSE SHE WAS SO INSECURE AND DIDN'T LOVE HERSELF BECAUSE OF PASS TRAUMA WITH HER DAD. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT MY EX WASNT FOR ME CUZ HE'S A NON-KISSER, A NON HUGGER AND HE HAS ASPERGERS SYNDROME AND THAT NEVER CHANGED IN OUR 17 YEAR RELATIONSHIP. I THOUGHT IT WASNT IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE SEX WAS GOOD, HE WAS GOOD TO ME AND WE WERE FRIENDS BUT IT COULDN'T LAST WITHOUT REAL PASSION. SO I WENT BACK TO MY EX HUSBAND WHO'S ALSO MY BFF AND HE'S AN AMAZING KISSER AND LOVER..
