I really like this a lot. There's enough variety that it's not boring, but not so much variety that it's hard to remember since it's just fundamental kettlebell movements. I will definitely be doing this.

Great workout, very similar to what I use. Will definitely incorporate this more into what I do. Only difference for me is including TGUs, I use kettlebells for some weight training between Jiu Jitsu days, the get up is great exercise for grapplers, so it’s got to stay.

Love the channel and content, just recently started doing kettlebell training and I’m loving it!!! I’m a UPS driver and it’s hard with how many hours I work to do “conventional” training, I love the great workout I can get in a much shorter training session!

I really wanna try this, but I’m confused about something. I’m currently working on the Legolas routine for the last couple of weeks. Should I stop that and start this, or do Legolas for longer? Or, can I do both routines on different days?
@lebe-stark2 жыл бұрын
Try multiple routines and see what sticks/ gives you gains and enjoyment. If you're looking for more structure, check out our kettlebell courses: academy.lebestark.ch - Gregory

Nice workout. The only thing I disagree with personally is most of the other people in the gyms I've been to in the UK are full of people who want to look like body builders 😁
