A high 95% caocoa bar with little to none sugar is my fav form of magnesium. I remember mom making things with unsweeten german chocolate as a kid and I would beg for a tiny piece. My mother would shake her head. Finally she would give me a tiny piece. I never liked sweet things but unsweeten chocolate was amazing to me. I would savor it and feel so good after. Now I know why.😂

Think about how many wars have been all over the world and the heavy metals involved in war. Detox soups help clean you out. But frankly do we really want to live here forever? I get Restless Leg Syndrome, and it got worse after I started giving blood regularly. I saw a video that said it is strongly associated with low iron levels in the brain. Then I finally noticed that the information I get every time I give blood recommends taking a multivitamin with iron or a low dose iron supplement, to avoid potentially low iron levels and symptoms such as RLS. I started taking iron supplements, and No More RLS! I have dropped the two prescriptions I had tried for RLS, because the iron supplement has eliminated the problem entirely. 😊

@@aveccoeur3874 my wife had a coworker she referred to me who for many years suffered such horrible cramps that it would leave bruising on her legs. After speaking with her I found out her doctor advised her to take high doses of vitamin D3 and didn't mention to her that D3 depletes magnesium over time. I told her it was an easy fix and she immediately went to a local health food store and purchased a bottle of magnesium chloride spray. Within days her severe cramps got better. Other forms of magnesium could be helpful for constipation because they are not absorbed as well, and draw water into the bowel. Magnesium citrate is partially absorbed (I believe), and also draws water in to the bowel, loosening the stool to help constipation. Mag oxide is mostly not absorbed, and brings moisture into the bowel.

eat a proper human diet, almost entirely meat, and you don't have diabetes OR bowel issues. These issues never existed until the advent of farming, when we started eating a very large imbalance of more plants than meat.

@@zarroth - I'm quite sure there was never a time when farming wasn't a thing. I mean a backyard garden is a form of agriculture. Who can confidently say that there was a time when humans didn't grow stuff? Even people who just gather food from available produce around them were eating vegetables. Eating mostly meat is fine for us today but there was a time when meat wasn't always available and people had to learn how to survive on other food.
