That makes perfect sense, and when you generate more clients during that busy time , the residual business will carry you during the slow time. Makes perfect sense but I never thought of it like that.

Checking if I understand because there may be 2 factors here. With Google Ads, is it cheaper if a lot of people search for a topic? Than that may explain a lower cost. But at the same time, if every competitor is now advertising at the same time, price would go up again.

Thanks Mike for another great video. Do you hire folks in February but don't have them start until April or Do you bring people on in say March in anticipation of the spring rush and just try enough work to cover labor? I had planned on blowing up marketing in March in hopes of getting is many customers to sign up for service as possible to get an idea of how many people I will need to hire. What you said makes sense and makes me think I should wait on the marketing a few weeks. The CAC will be much higher The first of March than in the spring for sure. Thanks for all the great information. You have been a huge help!

I’m just starting my small lawn care business. So I feel as if not all this applies to me for now, but it’s interesting in how to acquire customers at a lower cost

good video. keeping services to constantly keeping your peak demand as high as possible as much as possible creating a lower overall acquisition cost.. example providing services that typically may not be as intended in doing.. snow removal keeping your demand higher in typically low demand for such services firewood ect.. branding a name example McDonald's they continue to advertise even when obviously not needed just to continue strengthen their placement in the fast food industry.

Don't forget that when you are spending ad dollars that you are spending them in your profitable territory. If you don't know what your profitable territory is and how to filter those requests, you need to start there. Every mile matters to your success or failure because fuel prices aren't coming down anytime soon.

Hello Mike. Just to let you know is that I bought your website design program. Can’t wait. One question. Do you charge your clients the convenience fee when they pay with credit card? Or do you pass that fee whenever the project is a big one or do you eat up the convenience fee. Answer will be much appreciated 🙂

We pay the credit card fees without an extra convenience fee

Hey Mike! I’m starting my lawn care business this spring and I was just curious if it is smart to start with P4P right off the bat or should I wait h til I have more revenue later in the business?
