The saline and blood pack part of the video is a bit outdated. They balanced blood packs so it's a good idea to craft them and use them now and if you have low medical skill use morphine instead of opium. Their skill requirement changed at some point as well. Other parts of the video should still be relevant though, hopefully it helps.

Also they nerfed saline to make it less effective. Either way-- Saline is still effective when dealing with minor blood loss

I would love to see video on the rouge site of being medical doctor. All the dangerous stuff, being vigilante armed with Chloral Hydrate injecting gun that does better job than incompetent security or hunting mudraptors with Raptor Bane Extract is one of the coolest things doc can do. Also perks overhaul would be greatly appreciated

Security officer with first aid training here. All good information to know when I'm having to heal myself while the medic is busy dealing with our unconscious captain who took an smg mag to the dome, or when I'm out in open water by my lonesome because said medic is absolutely terrified of leaving the sub.

Okay some tips You can buy meds from a vending machine on stations , liquid 02 when shot in a syringe gun or dropped inside a crate onto a solid surface it'll explode , along with starting a pomegrenade farm as a source of cheap meds

I am a Mechanic main that commonly uses Neurotrauma, including Cybernetics, and I almost always get bionics because my role gives me the materials to upkeep them better than normal limbs. -Until the ship floods, leaving me with degrading limbs that will eventually cease to function if given too long in water.

Man I need to get all those idiots and/or completely incompetent doctors I keep getting to see this video. The only thing you didn't cover (which was definitely very important) is the urgency of wounds and which to prioritize. It also would've been nice if you included the (SOMEHOW) not very well known fact that people cannot talk while stunned or unconscious, and therefore you need to keep your eyes and ears open for any cut out screams or knocked out people 24/7.

Blood packs are better than saline because with the perk blood donor you get a new blood pack after every trip

I try my best to avoid using deusizine and fent but I have a bot doctor who sometimes just messes stuff up so... it's a good thing I mass produce deusizine for my auto-injector headsets (I can't craft combat stim so it's the best thing I've got for combat).

That is a question I ask myself sometimes as well. I think some people prefer to watch a short, all-encompassing video to learn instead of finding and reading the stuff they need to know, so I guess that's why I made the video.
