Great video. As an orthodox Christian, I agree that he is trivalizing theology. His very surface level knowledge of Islam shows his intellectual laziness. He doesn't want to engage with it. He just wants more supporters (and customers)

Christian here. To be honest Peterson frustrates me because of just how much he trivializes theology. I think his arguments for God can be good for getting atheists to theism, but beyond that I feel that he is unwilling to engage with theology all together. He obviously has a better understanding of Christian theology than Islamic (Sunni or Shia), but even when he speaks about Christianity theology always takes a backseat. I almost feel like he is a neoplatonist but is unwilling to take his neoplatonism further, either to an Islamic or Christian place. He can arrive at the concept of God (through neoplatonism) but can't accept that God may have revealed himself.

Greetings from the Shia of the prophet pbuh and the ahlulbayt. Do you know how the name ahlul sunnah wal jammah originated? Muawiyah praised the people who betrayed Imam Hassan AS and he called them "ahlul sunnah wal jammaj". The "ahlul sunnah waljammah " didn't exist at the time of the prophet pbuh. The shia existed at the time of the prophet pbuh, for example ammar ibn yassir, bilal ibn rabah, Abu dharr, miqdad, salman al farisi etc etc. And the prophet pbuh called them the shia of ali and praised them and promised then jannah. No one is falling for your narrative that the shia are the ones spreading hate. Everyday there are Muslims lying about shia on the internet. Whatever. Shiism alhamdullilah is spreading faster than it ever had before. Look at how many Sunnis are becoming shia on the channel وعد اللامي.
