​@@AllWingsEverything actually, yes I do. I soak my lima beans overnight, then I like to cook down my smoked meat until it's tender before I add my soaked lima beans. That way, the meat is falling off the bone by the time the beans are cooked perfectly. Also, I use white pepper instead

WOW! You just changed up the ole Lima beans into some flavor! I'm going to give this a try. I didn't like lima beans growing up either. My Granny/Mom would boil them in some plain ole water, a little butter 🧈 & salt 🧂 thats it. I didn't care 4 them at all but this recipe I will like I just know. Thanks 😊!

1 hours is not long enough. Typically you have to cook them longer if you don't soak them long enough.
