For a studio in 2023, you look very very uncomfortable. Arms outstretched, hands at shoulder height, and the monitor far away and very high. It is the same position as if you did not have a chair and you were kneeling in front of a normal desk. Result: deep pain in the neck, waist, shoulders and eyesight, tendinitis, tennis elbow, no matter how strong you are. The biggest is not always the best... leave that for sex. Instead of creating a setup that you have to adapt to, you should have one that adapts to you. This way you would extend your life instead of shortening it, in addition to making your work or hobby more enjoyable.
