The Opening of New Buildings at University Station on the Cross City Line in Birmingham

New station buildings opened at University station on the Cross City Line in Birmingham on Sunday, 28 January 2024. This video shows the opening up of the new buildings to the public for the very first time at 8:50 a.m. that morning, an exploration of the buildings, a ride on the first Class 323 train to call at the station that day to Bromsgrove and back, another exploration of the station, and finally, a ride on another Class 323 train to Birmingham New Street station.
