The opening of the redeveloped Bycars stand in 1991

Credit to Bill Bell, we had our best years under him. Just one thing about the Bycars, the tiered system is a bit backwards. The seats at the front of the second tier have a poor view as it is set back. Dunno what the theory was behind this design.
