Excellent evidence-based advice as always! After watching other videos from youtubers that shall remain nameless, I have occasionally try to follow pretty much every single "opposite" example that you demonstrated! This video reminds me of a phrase that my father used to often say which would be roughly translated in English as "there are many numbers between 0 and 100" (where the two extremes can be thought as "bad" and "good" in your video).

I noticed Mr Zillen answer several questions from a previous comments section. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or was a coincidence. For instance, there is a rotation of the upper body of a few degrees left and right. Movement of the shoulders was discussed and also running in a relaxed position (a double down from previous recommendation). Thanks for the clarification, intentional or not!

Hello there, when I run faster, let's say 500 meters all of, my shins hurt like if I kicked a metal pole with them. Why is that?
