This is wonderful! As soon as I did this exercise, I felt my posture instantly improve - I'll definitely be applying this more regularly. I wish I lived near your practice!

This is similar to something an old movement teacher called "opening your heart." I'm very much appreciating these new videos.

Good video! But what's the difference with this and normal breathing? Don't we don't do that anyway? Thank you!

Unfortunately, most people do not breathe very well, and need reminders and exercises to help them.
