Is that an Apple Watch worn on inside of wrist ? I love KB presses , but I’m also trying to increase my V02 max , and I’m trying to track all my workouts . When I try wearing my watch on inside of wrist , it keeps disconnecting, any tips ?

Hey bud, yes, it's an apple watch. Sometimes mine "disconnects" too (meaning, it's stops reading the HR) but's short and comes back. mine is on an adjustable band. And sometimes put the watch on my ankle (even though that's not the appropriate way to wear it per Apple). It works pretty good there.
