Harleigh Stringer totally agree!! What most people call full coverage is medium coverage at best on me! I have acne and scarring so i need FULL coverage to cover what I got going on. I love that I finally found a channel where someone doesn't have perfect skin! And finally someone who has the same level of paleness as me, so many channels is where their version of pale is still my idea of a super tan look lol.

Renee Ward I agree, here is a tip u learned this week that really helps me with coverage. Mix your fav liquid foundation with a little mineral foundation and this creates the most beautiful full coverage. I love using BM matte with the ordinary or pro glow. I have a lot to cover and fill in scars. I feel the powder with the liquid does something remarkable

Toph I stay away from drugstore foundations because they always break me out. Recently though, I bought the L'Oreal infallible pro matte foundation because of all the good reviews so we will see. Maybe I will start using drugstore foundation again. A really good foundation though is the urban decay all night foundation. I love it.

There is honestly no makeup relatable reason for me to watch your videos. I have pretty dry skin. Ive never had much of an acne problem other than getting breakouts around my mouth once in a while. I'm pretty pale but I've been self tanning a lot so I use darker foundations. The foundations that work for you probably wouldnt work for me, but that aside I'm still subscribed and watch all your videos (especially foundation Fridays and 15 days of foundation) just because I honestly like the way you do your videos and you're very real, relateable and entertaining!! Keep up the amazing work Taylor!

KZbin recommended this video to me so I decided to have a watch. Can I just say that you are amazing. I have had cystic acne since I was 11yo and this year (15 years later) was only just brave enough to show my best friend - that I've known all that time, my real skin. Especially my back with all the pot marks, scars and issues. I have always loved make up, but avoided so much of it because it always made me look worse. So I've never played or experimented, or just enjoyed make up. But now I have found KZbinrs like yourself showing how I can wear new make up and avoid caking, shine, cover the scars etc. I really am starting to love it again and am teaching myself through videos like yours. FYI, I had pretty much the exact same experience with the serum version of the foundation. I got three colors, mixed some pretty much exactly like you did, which cracked me up. It was very dewy and just didn't last, which was a bummer. I thought it looked nice for a few hours though, so I'm hanging on to them. Thanks again, thataylaa! Still my favorite youtuber. You're real, intelligent, informed, fun to listen to, fun to watch, you listen and care about your subscribers without pandering, you're beautiful and I appreciate your reviews on products. I bought the Airspun powder in translucent full coverage and I am in love with it. It cost a little less than $6 at Walmart and I get triple to four times as much product as many other brands. It mattifies my face so well - and I get pretty oily in the middle of my eyebrows and chin after a few hours but with this i can wear my make up for 10 to 15 hours and still look oil free and flawless. I would love to hear your opinion on it if you have already and how it wears with your skin type.

Normal to dry skin here. The area around the nose is definitely a problem area for this foundation. Either it creases or it emphasises dry flaky skin if it's there. I have however stuck to leaving that area uncovered and adding some concealer instead to cover the redness, and I enjoy this foundation for the overall effect on the face. It does play pretty well with the Ordinary primers.

I have had two clients in that same range and I used a mixture of KO2 and KO3 though I suggest you check your undertone with beautylish (message them with a pic, they're pretty helpful when trying to find the right shade). Another thing I suggest is that you get a sample amount. I get mine from camerareadycostmetics.com and they look tiny but RCMA only takes a little to cover your whole face and I used mine for 2 months straight. Buy several samples just to be sure, if too light or dark you can use for contouring most likely.

Ava Nightingale I love RCMA and Graftobian HD palette 5 in Ultralites is a pale girls dream it's pure pigment cream you barely need any and it's so beautiful on the skin. You do have to powder if u get oily but I love it

I watched a Laura Lee video and she had this georgeous male mua do her makeup and he used that exact brand and color on her and it looked the best I have ever seen her skin. I'll definitely grab those two shades in sample sizes from the website. Also I have one more question, I'm very oily in my T-zone and I seen green marble and blue marble for setting sprays on camerareadycosmetics.com and also some sort of sweat proof liquid that I pout on like primer, I forget the name. Maybe it's called "no sweat " or something like that do u know if that's a good choice? The two fixing sprays or the liquid thing I mean?

juliagulia In my personal experience, the fad-ish sprays are less reliable and don't do anything spectacular. There are lots of good setting sprays, elf actually has a very good one. Personally, Ben Nye's got a tried and true one camerareadycosmetics.com/products/ben-nye-final-seal-matte-sealer?variant=22316901959, it's cheap, and actors everywhere swear by it. I really like Skindinavia's Bridal setting spray but it's honestly not that different and it's pretty spendy unless you catch a deal. Pro tip: Powder ONLY your t-zone or wherever gets oily, get the excess powder off, THEN use setting spray. My only other favorite makeup guru on KZbin (aside from Tayla...there's only one who is at her level of greatness in my estimation). Gossmakeupartist . He has amazing and totally tried and true techniques for oily skin and, he makes the most wonderful brushes I have ever used!

I'm super oily in my tzone, super. I love this foundation. Hate it didn't work for you, but I had a feeling you wouldn't like it. I fully set it with Stay Matte. When I say fully I mean I practically bake my tzone with it. Bc I do that with most my foundations I don't start getting really oily until 8h in. I know some don't like powdering alot, I can't stand shiney. Dewy, yes, shine, no lol. After about 4-5hrs in my skin looks gorgeous & dewy.

I ordered both the serum and coverage. Took over a month to get mine as well. I haven't tried the coverage one yet, even though I have had it for weeks now - I don't prefer full coverage for "every day". The serum foundation I have used every time I wore make up since it arrived! I also ordered both primers and they are great too. I did notice that when I used the "high spreadability" primer, there was like no oxidation at all!

It's said to be for dark circles and puffiness but I don't get puffiness much so I can't attest to that. It doesn't moisturise at all, so I wait a few minutes for it to sink in and put some eye cream on top. Also it's tricky under make up, so I use it in the pm unless I feel like I absolutely need it. My older eyecream made it bunch up into clumps when I went to blend the concealer, new one doesn't anymore. Also fyi never get it too close to your tear duct, it stings like hell haha

I love how this foundation is so true to its packaging, it actually a bottle of 1fl oz compared to other packaging wherein they look hella big for 1fl oz, which decreases the usable amount since the product sticks to the sides of the bottle

I have the shades 2.0 P and 2.1 P in this foundation and there is literally a 5 or 6 shade difference between them. It's so bad that I thought they might have sent me the wrong shades. Neither one of them matches me, one is WAY too light and the other is WAY too dark, but mixed together they match me pretty well. It tends to cling to my dry patches and creases on my nose and smile lines, but it looks beautiful on my cheeks and forehead. I've used it with three different primers and it looks and wears the best with The Ordinary high adherence silicone primer. Also, it lasted the best on me when I set it with the Music Flower 5 Colors Kit powders. I used the second to darkest shade in the stack. It didn't last as long with my Coty Airspun. I like the foundation, but it's not my favourite and I wouldn't wear it when I know I'm gonna have a long day and need my makeup to last. Very pretty for a date night with the hubby, though. 😀

I like using the essence nude highlight to blend over whatever I use as contour or bronzer. I saw KL put it all over her face since she's darker for a glow. I love that stuff.

I've been using this mixed with Kat Von D lockit and it's a perfect dewy mix for the summer but the KVD helps keep it longer lasting. It does feel good on initial application but I think you're totally right about the coverage not lasting. For the price it's great!

I bought this foundation along with the serum foundation and I prefer the serum one so much more! I have super oily skin and it seemed to hold up really nice for me:) I would love to see you try The Ordinary serum foundation I feel like you would like it more! :)

I don't buy a foundation until I check to see if u have done a review on it. I have a different skin type, normal to dry, but I love how honest u are and I take it into consideration. 😁
