One word: OMG! Tried it for the first time yesterday after some research and I’m so happy with my result. For the peeps that still feel a bit skeptical about baking soda in your hair, do small sections first (I did bottom and top of my hair) and then rinse out after 40 minutes just to make sure it won’t damage your hair, then follow up with a deep conditioner. Thank you Cherry Lola!!

Once every 3-4 months. I watched a lot of videos with this treatment and they say don't use it too often because it will strip your hair of important nutrients I believe . There's another treatment out here that somebody piggyback off of this one. It's banana avocado honey molasses one egg and yogurt, now this one I use every other wash. The definition is great and the softness is good to.

3/4 teaspoon of baking soda thoroughly mixed in 16 oz water to rinse through already wet hair. It is the protein in yogurt/amino acid that changes the texture of your hair. So do not leave in the protein mix for 20 minutes at all. Use it as conditioner or not at all. DO NOT USE THIS IN YOUR HAIR, especially the protein. Test a section if you’re tempted, at least that’s all the hair you will lose. I had to cut my hair because I did this.
