@godslayer8894 you should've payed more attention cuz it was never confirmed that the imu that we know is the same imu of the first 20 kings or if it's someone else from the void century that took over the name. Imu being saint imu of the first 20 kings was introduced as a *"POSSIBILITY"* shouldn't that tell you something? On top of that when it's about Nerona Imu Oda always makes it clear that it's a guy, while at the same time for the imu that we know Oda is much more ambiguous

So as far as the titles are concerned, I agree with you Garling what’s the top man in the gods knights and shamrock probably was his second. I would actually go as far as to say Shamrock probably was the leader for the most part in active duty and running missions, Garling I have no doubt is still capable of running missions, but as soon as you get to a certain age as whitebeard, garp, and Rayleigh have now shown us. You just slow down and are not as effective still incredibly powerful but you’re staying power, especially on long-term missions just isn’t what it used to be. That’s where shamrock being the leader, most likely second in command, comes in, and he handles the missions in person and leads them from the ground. It also leaves his father to be able to act as judge in the holy land as we see him in his first appearance. And that’s why I think Saturn also told them not to go to Elbaf he already knew there was a mission either going on or about to start any more forces would destroy their cover or make the Giants a lot more cautious. But I do have one less theory as far as why Garling it’s called the supreme commander. my theory goes that he is technically the supreme commander of all forces in the holy land. Each noble family must have who knows how many guards and special protectors that are extremely powerful most likely outside of CP0. In the case of an attack, I’m sure some of them are sent to help defend and in the face of a problem of command it would naturally be best to already name someone supreme commander. Why not the man who has led your elite task force of super soldiers and his decades of experience fighting. he pretty much has command over all the people who Kong doesn’t have command over pretty much. Nobles are fighters and specialized fighters that don’t answer to anyone but their master or the supreme commander in that given situation. we’re just going to have to wait for the official translation as far as titles are concerned.

I would correlate Robin and Crocodile to Garling and Imu in this regard, only thing above the Supreme Commander is the boss or King of the organization. I say that to say this, Shamrock may have been the active and current strongest member of the God's Knights, but Garling would've been the Kong to his Akainu

Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if Shamrock was the "on the ground" leader, the one that in practice leads the pack and gives order whilst Garling is more the "moral leader", the one that does not give orders nor actually take action himself but is seen as the senior member that advises others and that everybody respects(basically, in a Constitutional Monarchy to give an analogy, Shamrock would bd the Prime Minister whilst Garling is the King)

Well while he's tied up in sea stone sure. But they didn't know that he was until they saw him. I said only one strong enough to subjugate elbaf and kill Loki. I don't know. It could just be a title for garland and he still holds it. And it was always just a title for the person who oversees them. Like Kong is to the Marines.
