A couple of comments! 1. The OG ad most likely aired in 1987, the year the NES arrived in Australia. 2. I’ve heard that the ad might’ve been banned because it scared so many children. Never saw proof, though. 3. There’s a FOURTH commercial in the You Cannot Beat Us series, and it’s much more obscure than the three you watched. It recycles footage from the Super Mario Bros. ad, but also includes new footage featuring the game Tennis. The “revenge” from the console is just to make a tennis ball fall from the ceiling. 4. As for those commercials, I’ve read a theory that the "WE ARE NINTENDO! WE DO NOT LIKE LOSING!" belongs to Mr. SyS himself; it’s just a more "casual" voice! Personally, I like that theory because it gives him some fun characterization. 5. The models from the last two videos you watched are from The Model's Resource! They’re surprisingly accurate (down to Mr. SyS's tie being wavy)! 6. Oh yeah, as for Bowser having only one arm, am I the only one who noticed that? That’s weird. Maybe they didn’t want to model another arm because they knew that the model wouldn’t be viewed from another angle? 7. 11:00 MR.
