To me this news breaks my heart. We went through a 10 year story ending in their sacrifice to shut down the multiverse all for a few years later for their corpse to be dug back up and a villain trying to restart the multiverse we just closed. They had a few roads they could've went of continuing to explore our DA crew, or bringing back the Chaos crew, but they chose the laziest option that makes them the most money of just bringing back dead characters. It'll still be exciting and cool, but this was the bottom of the barrel choice in my eyes.

In my opinion, they should just stay dead. Their stories were complete in Black ops four I understand that it would be really cool to have them back and trust me. I would love to play as Nikolai again or Tank Dempsey, but we have to face that they’re gone and to me they’re sacrifice it was a good conclude to the story to give Samantha and Eddie hope. For the Requiem crew we know that they died in modern warfare zombies because of course we saw their body but to me the machine that is hooked up to them I think in my opinion, what if the machine is like keeping their souls in the dark ether. What if they press a button and their souls or I guess they’re essence comes back to their bodies and they come out like new how they left I don’t know. It’s just a long stretch. But again, they just need to just leave the prmis and ultimate crew alone.

I think it would be cool if they brought them back like they did Richtofen maybe Dempsey, Takeo, and Nikolai were brought back as modern versions that were resurrected or escaped like Richtofen did somehow and they all meet with Richtofen during a breakout or smth and are forced to fight together again

I know how they could bring them back maybe, so in tag der toten there is the 3 test subjects of takeo, Nikolai and Dempsey in the lab area on the mountain, as far as we know them test subjects were still alive at the end of tag being sent into the dark aether, also the kronorium was sent to the dark aether by the looks of the ending so what if the shadow smiths have the kronorium and it’s telling them how to restore these characters through essence and the test subjects, idk it kinda makes sense to me but maybe I’m stupid

I don’t think it’ll be specificity Primis or ultimis but rather a new version of takeo, Dempsey, and Nikolai made out of the old crews souls

Maybe the machine at urzikstan that the requiem crew used to sacrifice themselves could possible have been used to try to revive them. Whoever the big bad is probably tricks the requiem crew to use it for their own gain to get the original characters thinking they are trying to get Sam. My only question is where the chaos stuff comes into play ? Is it just the artifacts then ? Or is there more to it that will come into player later ?

The rumors were for a black ops 2 remaster, if they remastered the full game and all the dlc primus would be back but it would be a remaster. Dont get my hopes up for the og crew coming back. Believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see

Bruh if they bring back the og crew into the storyline without a proper explanation or they pull a SHG card like in mwlll then I’m done with cod im tired of all this nostalgia bulls*** that’s all they do and I’m getting sick of it😩😡 I don’t hate the og crew but seeing them return is just going to ruined the tag der toten ending and they are going to stressing out like infinity ward trying to make mw4 and they just going to get stuck… and won’t know what to do with the story
