I think the part that kinda hit me hard was when Klaus passed by and Elijah didn't know who he was. Elijah shook his head and Klaus saw it as Elijah acknowledging what he asked for when Klaus said don't try to save me when I lose it. Because Klaus knew he was going to eventually lose his mind from not being with Hope he shook his head and Klaus thought that Elijah accepted it. The the little smile that Klaus had kinda made me sad because it was like he accepted his lonely fate from that point not knowing that Elijah really didn't know who he was.

There were so many heartbreaking moments in all the finales this season, but Klaus saying goodbye to Hope, and Hope yelling for her dad was the only thing that made me cry like a big baby:( And now theirs going to be another time jump and Hope will be a teenager! I can't wait to see Klaus with a teenage daughter! Unfortunately, once again we have to wait until early next year.

This was a Great episode. I think I loved everything about it. I actually felt for the Mikaelsons which is saying something. Especially, Elijah which really really surprised me. I loved that Marcel could and was willing to help him. Michael Narducci wrote a Fantastic Final Episode. Vincent was Excellent. I loved his conversation with Rebekah. He was not having any nonsense.

In all honesty, I'm good for Vincent not taking any nonsense from the original family. But, his conversation with Rebekah made him seem so stupid. Rebekah comes up to him mad because he didn't tell them everything about the plan. He says he didn't do that because he wasn't trying to convince them to agree with the plan. Rebekah tells him, that makes no sense because they would do anything for Hope, even if it means leaving her. He takes that as her proving his point. That makes no sense because they wouldn't have argued with him. He made it perfectly clear that the plan was their only option. Yeah, nobody would have been happy about it, but nobody argued with the plan.

As sad as this scene was, am I the only one who thought the ritual itself was anticlimactic? The Hollow was this super powerful spirit that was possessing Hope. The whole season was building up to the Hollow's defeat and Vincent pulled her out of Hope and split her into 4 like cutting butter. No fight for control over Hope's body? No spirit rising and trying to win? Nothing?

Personally, I was hoping Davina would come back with Kol to help. She had all that knowledge gathered from being in the ancestral plane and was all "New Orleans is my home and I will protect it" but then just left even though she knew the Hollow was still alive. But yes, that works too. Witches played a huge role in this show and then nothing happened aside from Vincent.

Why doesn't hayley take klaus's place in that ritual , i mean hope is her daughter too not just klaus's and she owe her sacrifice , bc klaus has made a sacrifice last season , he was suffering for 5 years in a dungeon , and hayley is just there being happy with hope , it took her fiiiiive years to gather up the family i mean what the fuck was she doing all this time , anyways , i feel like it was time to klaus to be happy and be the peerfect dad for hope but yet again he's always sacrificing himself and hayley is just there like "heeey sweety ..."
