Looked at the floor plans in the planning application, listed as Unit 8a. At front beside reception are the offices along the glass frontage and behind that laboratory spaces on both floors with a lift servicing each. Behind the labs is the GMP production floor with warehouse space along the far side. Outdoor rear corner emergency generator and hvac units, storage sheds for CO2, O2 and N2 cylinders. Great job 👍
