Why Captain Gene is the best: He quotes TLC "without knowing" He's an honest cop and cares about the safety of the public. While the rest has been tainted by corruption. He's a fair superior. He works two jobs to send his child in the best NY university to become a DJ and be able to explore his (bi)sexuality. He loves his work more in B3 than his job as a captain. When he whispers he sounds like Batman.
