The increasing doubt in Bakugou's expressions is AMAZING! I didn't think it would go the route it did, since I thought that Bakugou would hold onto his brash courage the whole way through, but the insecurity and shaking of his foundations despite the confident front, and the breaking point of Aizawa's interview was way better! I love the direction you took with the interpretation of this scene, it adds so much depth to the story!

IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO BE THIS GOOD AT LIGHTING- Lighting is literally my favorite aspect of effects so I was freaking out about all of it while watching it was just so beautiful!!

I like the story behind this. Because it was possible. Bakugou could have been the perfect villan if Shigaraki had done better at convincing him. Imagine what it would have done to Midoriya to see his idol, his incarnation of victory, to go dark. He would never heal, it'd be like ripping through the inside if his chest. It would kill him inside to think his Kacchan had turned evil, had finally gone somewhere he couldn't follow. Bakugou means so much to him so cutting the bond like this would turn him into someone else. Someone constantly just a little sad, a little empty. Someone always helping, not with passion but with pain, unable to watch as he loses anything. He'd get protective, paranoid, constantly checking up on his friends. Locking them out of fights. Trapping them somewhere safe during disasters. Hiding them when there's an attack. Then fighting alone, either until he wins or he dies. Because death won't scare him. What does he have to lose. It would damage him beyond repair. Even if he got Bakugou back, he'd always be waiting for him to leave, afraid of getting close to him, afraid of leaving him alone, worried that he'd make a mistake and Kacchan would leave. It would always be his fault, his failure that led to Kacchans ruin, because he can't accept that he would do that. He would remember the day they took him as the day he lost him for good. He would never hesitate again. Because death is better than living with the pain of fighting someone you failed to save.

The facial expressions in all of the characters were so ENGAGING! That in addition to the story boarding,lighting and art. Just made this so freaking amazing. We could see that bakugou’s doubt was increasing throughout the video. I love the turn you took on this moment,I have always wondered what might have been happening during the time we were not privy to. Love the animatic!

Love this! The art and transitions are amazing and so smooth! Honestly I feel like this was a really good song for Bakugo cause hero society really does hold back a lot of what he could do plus they did chain him up in public which could’ve brought back trauma from the sludge monster so I can see him considering going with them
