A lot of movies filmed in 2020 and 2021 have a limited budget because of COVID and Government financing. Instead of the tax dollars going towards films, props, etc...a lot of it is going to COVID (rightfully so)...many tv sitcoms are also being filmed with 1 camera (usually they use 3 cameras) and no live audience either because of covid (viewers have been complaining about this because it makes the show too dry and drag out, but COVID restrictions and lack of funding give them no choice at the moment). You will notice lighting on those shows is not as bright either, because they cut back on crew.
