Thanks a lot Gilbert for this very nice video and your kind words. Just a few notes from my side: The counters have rounded corners and are 100% nib free, we are very proud of having found a print technique allowing this. The play aids are not only printed on card board but also have folded edges. They are used a lot and need to be very durable. There a huge differences to the Hexasim system: Scale is 150 meters per hex, we have different formations for the units and the Activation Cubes are used to activate individual formations. Among the 1400 counters are 280 alternative counters (pollard markers for example) and we provided plenty of step loss markers (better too much than too few). So, all in all I'd say a medium monster :-) But very playable. I will need to provide Gilbert with the latest rules version. And because Gilbet mentioned the size of the game: We will do many one mappers in this seies: AUERSTAEDT 1806, QUATRE BRAS 1815, WARTENBURG 1813, ALBUERA 1811, ASPERN-ESSLING 1809 etc.

This game is going to go toe-to-toe with NES' Winter's Victory! Both at least LOOK splendid, so the proof of the pudding will have to be in the *playing*. Sound the charge!!!

@@Stiglr From what I gather, this game is less complex rules wise then Winter's Victory. It also seems more solitaire friendly.

Hammer, it is way less complex than the NES game and very solitaire suitable.

thank you, Douglas, we really tried to give a lot of attention to each detail. The mounted play aids are not only mounted, they also have folded edges. The dice are not simply dice, but customized. And so on :-)

Haha, the old dilemma :-) You can't make it right for everone. Mounted maps are also available. We tried to figure out what the majority prefers and decided to go with map sheets in the box.
