So Amity's parents looks imposing and a bit terrifying in the episode due to how that's what they looked like when they told their daughter they can't be friends with Willow anymore. Which shows how a child can rationalize that their parents can be terrifying.

That might actually go along with something else I've been thinking about. Minor spoiler: I was wondering why Alador seemed to act differently then when we saw him in season 2. At first I thought it was an accident inconsistenty, but maybe it's because how she remembered it. Like she remembered her father just going along with what her mother said so she remembered it as him saying it as well.

I kinda think while Amity was wrong to lash out to Luz ... She was right that Luz was thinking more in satisfying her own curiosity than helping Willow. Luz did not respect Willow privacy and she was tô enthusiastic of going inside her mind because It was a cool fantasy adventure. Luz journey on Season 1 is a lot about breaking the fantasy view on the Boiling Isles and this is expressed in the First episodes.

I like that amity dident try to destroy the whole memory, she just wanted to burn herself out of the photo, of course it went wrong but she tried. Also its so sad amity had to leave her best friend so her parents dident destroy her life

I came across your channel yesterday through your reactions to Owl House and Amphibia, and I'm going to give you one spoiler-free warning for both shows- The further you get in each show, the better they both get. Each episode builds off of one-another and sends both storylines in such powerful directions that each season finale will be well beyond rewarding to reach. You're in for two great rides with these shows, and that's coming from a guy who got into Owl House back in May, and Amphibia just a few weeks ago! I can say with certainty that this episode onward is where this becomes the best animated show I've ever seen. I literally cannot name a single SLIGHTLY underwhelming episode in the entire rest of the series

As someone who was bullied, I have to say that this episode..... It really hit there. Willow has so much patience just by forgiving Amity. I know I probably wouldn't have, but then again, they didn't have a valid reason there as far as I'm aware. I'm so glad that these two were able to sort it out, but that wound only stopped growing, now it just needs to close. I also have to say, Amity has to apologize. She could have just not bullied her, but she did. I guess her parents mentality just rubbed off on her, cuz she was still a kid in that memory, but she still needs to say that she's sorry. Good on Gus for choosing the correct interview candidate, the one and only Hooty. Acronym: A WITCH LOSES A TR *U*
