I have been patiently waiting for this reaction. I am so happy for Luz and Amity right now, Alador is becoming a better character, and Odalia is becoming worse and I don’t I’ll ever like her (tbh never did when we first saw her). Hunts are becoming more accustomed to having friends, era and rain have more time together, and king just feeling obligated to help. The stakes have risen exponentially, and I excited for what’s to come. and as many set, that kiss can be interpreted as Dana telling Disney “fuck off”, and I’m proud of that; we better get that date!!!

The final preparations are almost finished and we just have to wait. Well, looks like the Blights are getting a divorce. I had many thoughts on Odalia throughout the series but I never believed she would stoop that low, knowing that everyone might die and she doesn't care. To her, family and work are just business; if she can profit, she will do anything to be on the top of the food chain. It took Alador a long while, but I'm glad he was able to finally see things with new eyes; this event will help him grow as a good father. His talk with King was simple, yet so powerful. Eda, you really do everything to keep your family safe, huh? First by not telling everyone that King is a Titan (he is a Clawthorne, above all) and then sacrifice your own freedom in order to corrupt Belos's plan. The CAT's plan might work if Eda can maintain a calm mind and not thinking too much. But if this draining spell works, it might kill the Owl Lady. I guess this is what we can call a 'one last adventure together'. So Luz's palisman is just in Phase One. An egg that will decide its own future, just like its owner (after all, the palisman itself has an independent will, besides its bond with the witch who carved it); that's a really mature choice. If she can keep it away from Belos, then everything will be okay. Speaking of mature, Luz's hair is finally growing - I like the new ponytail. Dana Terrace must be so proud of this show. Amity shoots and she and Luz score a big one for future shows. We don't have to be afraid of the higher-ups, we should be able to make our own choices. Luz and Amity must be together till the end! So I'm begging you Ms. Dana, in the name of all of us, don't let them be apart after Belos is defeated! The kiss scene has got to be one of the most fluid animations done in this show, being on par with Eda and Lilith's fight at the castle bridge. I can't believe Kikimora would still be willing to do everything after what happened at the Coven Day Parade. Her lust for power will be her downfall, I just know it! Still, riding the Abomatron in a style similar to Eggman's mechs was cool. Luz is reckless till the end. Switching places with Hunter, just to be close to Eda; if she wishes to fall, then she'll fall alongside her family. The Day of Unity is about to begin and the final battle is upon us. Luz Noceda, let your light shine and bring hope to this land! Don't let your heart be cast to the depths of darkness!

I'm worried, Luz is being brought to Emperor Belos... and she's carrying her Palisman egg. I could see Belos getting his hands on that and breaking it to steal the essence... Then whatever happens during the day of unity separates the worlds instead of uniting them, with Luz stuck in the human realm but before that Eda manages to give her the Palisman tree seed her father gave her. So Luz has to grow a Palisman tree in the human world and use it to make herself a new Palisman/door in order to come back...
