Zamber, the switcheroo between Luz and Hunter was actually hinted right before Kikimora grabbed "Hunter". You can see "Luz" using Hunter's characteristic move to save Willow and we see Gus using his magic.

It’s great to know that Hunter is having a great friendship with Gus, Eda and Raine have a bit of time together knowing everything that needs to happen, King feels obligated to help with everything, Alador is maintaining nice character status with me, I still despise Odalia as much as the protagonists, and OMG, LUZ AND AMITY FINALLY KISSED!!!! IT WAS ADORABLE AND BEAUTIFUL!

I like that Alador isn't immediately redeemed, Amity is happy that their relationship is getting better but she's not forgiving him straight away. I have a feeling that the rat was him shapeshifting to sneak in and get snacks. Or maybe its foreshadowing for what happens in the finale. God, we still have so much to cover in these three specials its gonna be Weirdmageddon all over again. We've got the Belos/Day of Unity plot line, Luz reconciling with her mother and how things are gonna go forward with the Demon Realm and everything, Luz's Palisman (which I have a feeling is going to be our Chekov's gun), Raine and Eda's relationship, the Collector's and the Owl Beasts's backstory, the Hunter/Grimwalker plot, King's daddy issues. I think the final of the three specials will have two halves, the first being Belos' defeat, and he second being an epilogue of sorts.

I am wondering if the fact Eda can remove her arms can also remove the sigil. But who knows, I'm no longer guessing with this show. Also the thing about the palisman: way I see it, Luz carved an egg. What they're doing is corrupting the draining spell, which is a spell used to remove magic in all witches. If that spell won't work to begin with, it's not going to affect anyone therefore everyone will be fine. You're just being paranoid.

We know the Titan is possibly still somewhat conscious as the forces of nature on the isles, as suggested by Philip when he said the glyphs were being hidden from him. We also know King is most likely (if not confirmed to be) the son of the Boiling Isles Titan. Perhaps that moment on the swing when King mentions his dad, the breeze that pushes him is the Titan trying to comfort his son, letting him know he's still there for him. Probably not, but it's a nice thought.

I think the rat was Amitys dad. The dad that helped them was probably an actor under an illusion. Notice how he didn't seem to know how the controls to his own invention worked. He also found the situation terrifying, something I don't think such a strong witch would think.

The finale has sooo many places to go wrong, I'm so excited! Eda being forced to drink the forget tea since she's glammed as Raine, Collector potentially knowing more about the Owl Curse (I think they're connected to the person in that one memory flashback?), Steve potentially being a disguised Coven Spy based on what Kikimora said + the disguised coven spy applying sigils in the school episode, it's gonna be stressful :D Also I have to say, this is taking the draining of magic more seriously than.../another/ Disney Channel show's finale. Last episode showing Steve crying over two elderly demons because they'd be erased from it was amazing on so many levels and I'm excited to see that same level of seriousness applied to the whole of the Day of Unity. Glad to see it

I actually like that it's an egg. The sentiment of wanting the palisman to choose what it becomes is very sweet and in character for Luz. It makes when we do see the palisman all the more special. Plus, someone pointed out that the egg looks like the round thing on the end of Azura's staff, so that's some fun foreshadowing.

This is the best episode yet! i still can't believe that Luz and Amity finally kissed on the lips but the wait was totally worth it! and i was happy that Amity and family finally stood up to Odalia and now that it's happened i predict a divorce in Odalia and Alador's future. And as for King and the Collector, i'm starting to get the feeling that King just might be the real key to stopping the day of unity and who knows, maybe if they can communicate King might be able to get through to the Collector and him them to switch sides.

I don’t know 100% of how the sigils work but 1 thing I suspect is that Eda, with a bard sigil, will probably not be affected. Sigils work by draining the users magic from them. Eda, aside from the owl beast curse, doesn’t have any magic so unlikely that the draining spell will affect her.
