On the subject of abandoned animals, I have adopted two senior cats. One of them, who was in kind of a bad state, was surrendered by an owner at 18 years old. I swept him up and he was the best cat. So so sweet. This was during the pandemic and he loved just sitting next to me as I worked from home. I think he had been neglected and overfed. He only lived less than a year after I adopted him, but I have zero regrets. Based on him and another camp, I adopted at 12. Pretty sure I’m just gonna keep on adopting, elderly male cats.

Can you imagine having that second wife as a stepmother? Even if she didn’t want the dog, find the dog a new home and don’t just abandon her. What a lack of kindness and compassion. I wonder which child she will kick out next.

Damjan...love your compassion and patience with this poor baby! I think she couldn't tolerate the face being held because her teeth are so bad that they hurt her! So sad to hear her panic and whine during the high velocity hair drying. She tolerated the slower blow drying so well! So considerate of the man who rescued her to give the flea and tick pill!! ❤

I learned the hard way, that if a person doesn't like your pets, then keep your pets, and get rid of that person. My ex was an arse. He found a home for my parrot and gave her away. She was/is probably better off than having him around being mean to her. I worked long hours and wasn't always home.

Even in USA they don’t prosecute most people who mistreat animals. It is just a reality. It is up to us to take care of animals in need. The reason this dog has tumors is probably because she wasn’t fixed. If they are fixed when young they will live longer. Can you imagine that horrible woman puts a poodle out on the streets?!?! Any dog really but how are dogs supposed to survive out in the elements? I hope her karma visits her very soon. Such a good dog she did this to. The husband that did her bidding is shocking to me! How could he do this to the dog that loved his family all these years. It is enough to make you cry. Thank you for being such a generous and kindhearted person to care for this little treasure!

@@caroline0515 My 13 years old miniature poodle had five tumors on her back, which were removed recently. Tumors are very common for older poodles. BTW, she was spayed as a puppy. Spaying female dogs prevents uterus cancer. It has nothing to do with tumors on their skin.

I cannot imagine how this poor darling dog and her young playmates must be feeling. Humans forget that animals have feelings too. Why would someone allow his new partner to dictate what happens to a family pet who has been a member of the family for 11 years. Imagine if the new wife becomes pregnant, will she then get rid of her stepchildren? This story reminds me of Cinderella. My heart breaks for this little dog. Lovely little dog sad her circumstance in life. To be left alone. When I groomed my friends poodle I use to grip the goaty hair end of chin. She had cancer n couldn’t do it anymore so I took over. It didn’t hurt but had control. I noticed whe brushing her head you only used the front edge of the teaser. If you payed it flat on the ear it teasers the hair bit by bit n doesn’t prick the skin that way. N knots come out faster. My Tibetan has knots all the time when she investigates places n get twigs n seeds in her hair b very bushy tail. Ten minutes flat brushing n smooth. Just a suggestion. You do great work for the neglected.

Laws differ depending on which state you live in. But there are efforts to prevent abuse and neglect. Although there are shelters in many states and cities, they also struggle with costs. There are no kill shelters which people prefer. 💕👳🏻‍♀️🇺🇸

This made me cry. I Just lost my beautiful cat 2 days ago, sadly cancer and I would have given anything for more time with her I also lost my dog years ago. How can anyone abandon a dog after so long with them. I was lucky enough to have my cat for 12 years but wanted more time. It all happened quickly and I will I hope eventually it will feel easier. My heart is broken and I just wanted to stay in bed this morning. If it hadn't been for her sister waking me up I would still be in bed. She was all over me but when I started crying she got off me and sat by me waiting patiently for me to get up to get her breakfast. I just do not comprehend how he could desert his friend like this. That poor dog. Sorry for sharing my story but I needed to let it out 😢

If you review your videos, you a lot of times have trouble with the dogs right side of their face if they move around! This dog might have dental problems and sensitive. I have a poodle dog like that and I have to stand behind to get that part. With me it’s the other side because I am left handed. I really love what you do for these dogs God Bless you🫶🙏

Please turn your blower DOWN with smaller dogs, its very stressful! My mom's teacup Yorkshire Terrier died from stress from the groomers .So please , turn it down next time , she was CRYING the whole time because she was terrified . I'm just trying to help .

How come you don't use happy hoodies on the dogs? It may help with their stress and helps protect their ears. Although happy hoodies dont work for all dogs as some dogs hate the happy hoodie
