My girlfriend and I went there roughly one year ago, and it was amazing. We stayed in a big monster mansion right on the ocean two doors down from the clubhouse. We couldn't have had a much better experience. Considering buying in the future. We are from the US, and there are plenty of Westerners already living there. wish it was a bit more affordable compared to other areas of Nicaragua, but I understand why the price point is where it's at. It's a very unique experience.

Well maybe you can help me. I have four adults that need a three or four bedroom townhome or home in Rancho Santana March 10 through the 16th. No animals or kids. We are looking for a good deal, and preferably pay no more than $350 per night. Let me know and reply back and I'll provide contact information.

We just want a view. It could be up in the jungles or the mountains, or right on the ocean. The last place I stayed in was a mansion two doors down from the clubhouse and we loved it. It was just the two of us so basically five bedrooms were unoccupied.

This place could be best described as a sneak peek of heaven... It's every bit as spectacular as it's described in the video, although perhaps a little more so once you're there. Blue skies forever, fresh air, falling asleep to the murmur of the crashing waves, and smiles from everyone...
