The food that have gone bad in your inventory will have flies on the picture. 1 fly means its a 50/50 chance Snake will get sick from it, 2 flies means Snake certainly will. You can take antidote in your cure menu to heal

To get certain codec dialogues, it might help to call twice. Sometimes they have a set dialogue to play the first time you enter a new area. Also, you can see what food is rotten by the little picture to the left of the name of the food. If there are flies on it, it be rotten. Lastly, you're doing fine for your first playthrough. The ones that played the game and know how trying it can be with certain control elements and whatnot don't hold it against you. It's not the best playthough, but it's YOURS! You'll enjoy it more that way I think. And respect for sticking with it 👍

Honestly, you’re being hard on yourself, but this was by far the most enjoyable episode of your entire Metal Gear journey. It was actually really cool that you busted out the AK for a bit; you fought your way out of a scrap for once, instead of just giving up and dying! You used the Codec at least a little bit more, and there were two absolutely hilarious moments: 1. Luring a guy into the armory, slashing his throat, then sticking TNT on his corpse to blow the whole thing up, and 2. Puking up a rotten snake in the middle of your epic gun duel, literally as you were shooting. Stuff like that is what makes MGS3 my favorite game ever. I hope to see more of it as you keep calling people (try 2-3 times in a row!) and playing with your gear (try a book! Fake your death! Throw critters! Etc. etc.) ❤

Been enjoying the series, by far my favorite mgs series on yt. Everyone gets caught and kills hundreds of guards first play thru so don’t trip lol.

37:17 "I can't see anything" Totally true, man, haha. It's the 3º MGS game you play and you're still not paying any attention to the screen to realize that the rotten food (flies on the items + the audio "it's rotten") diminish the stamina bar, and that's what makes Snake vomit.

You need to keep an eye on your stamina gauge. When you hear his stomach rumbling it means you need to eat. Also, if you notice the food with the flies on it is rotten. 👍

The food will rot if you take too long between playtimes. Try to play it everyday or every other day. 3 days max on the food.

You really need to keep an eye on your stamina in this game. Stamina affects your O2 & hanging gauge. Low stamina also causes snake's hands to shake when aiming and enemies can hear your stomach growling

In the cavern, the easiest way to be able to see in the dark is to just wait. They programmed it to work like your eyes do in the dark. Over time, your eyes adjust to the darkness IRL, in the game the brightness increases slowly over time. You can also use the torch you found or the nightvision or the cigar.

The more equipment you carry, the faster your stamina depletes and the higher your stamina, the quicker your life recovers Something to keep in mind Proper good job o the Pain BTW I reckon none of us are here to see a professional playtrough, there are plenty of those already You are doing fine

A few tips If you want to cancel your shot while ur gun is raised press the left stick, this also works to raise ur gun without firing while you’re holding an automatic If you hold the CQC button while standing still behind an enemy you’ll grab them, from there you can choke, throw kill or interrogate them. Sometimes they give you some cool dialogue While in first person you can press the triggers to lean or stand on your toes, this doesn’t actually move snake tho, so you can use it to shoot guards from around corners Hope this helped 😁

I might be wrong but I think there's realistic bullet trajectories in this game, so there's going to be drop off with the bullets over distance. wind resistance might be a thing too. I'm not sure. Google it and see lol

So the aim issue is because your stamina is so low, lets says mgs2 had perfect accuracy and this game scales with your stamina from very accurate at full stamina to very shaky at low. Your stamina is getting low so fast because you're vomiting rotten food
