"Joseph said that in order to serve God properly, you need to engage in the world, not from a distance but from up close." Joseph knew that in order to serve God he had to serve the world and in order to serve the world, he had to be present in the world. Here is an excerpt from a revelation received by Marshall Vian Summers about what it means to be present. "Being present in the world means your attention is on what is happening right now... The person who is learning to be present is able to be engaged in activities, to think about the future or recall the past and yet be able to come into the present at any moment because there is a part of their mind that is always watching. When something is happening or about to happen, they are called back to attention. 'Come look! Come out of your reverie!.. be right here right now.' This attentiveness is very complete... Your mind is not babbling on. You are looking intensely... You learn [to be present] by practicing and training the mind. Your mind... can be redirected and re-employed to serve you and to serve others... You practice learning to be still." (MVS, Being Present in the World)

I have no idea why, but, I dreamt this, and this video has inspired me to make this comment. The answer to the mystery of The Pyramids is they were built under Joseph’s direction as inspired by God. That is why no one is allowed to study them further. It is too much for modern day secular and non Bible believers to accept. Contemporary Egyptians proudly claim The Pyramids as their heritage, but they were in fact created to honor The God of Israel as directed through Joseph. The Sphinx originally had the head of a Lion,(The Lion of Judah), it was altered later by The Egyptians, to claim it as their own. This once tropical paradise became a harsh desert, when man forgot where their inspiration did in fact come from. Time will tell, as God’s Plan unfolds. You believe what you want to believe.

Beloved rabbi your analysis on Joseph's dream, requires some feedback. You mentioned that "context" is important. When we examine our scriptures we can see that the sons of Jacob are "Not Holy and Righteous". In the Torah Moses records the following: " In three days, when they were still in pain, two of Jacob’s sons, Simeon and Levi, Dinah’s brothers, each took his sword and went to the unsuspecting city and slaughtered every male. They killed Hamor and his son Shechem with the sword, took Dinah from Shechem’s house, and left." (Genesis 34: 25,26) Simeon and Levi massacred all the males of the city because "one person" raped their sister. To be tzedek requires in part to act within a moral law, and to be free from guilt or sin. In chapter 35 of Genesis Ruben th oldest son of Jacos had sexual activity with Bilhah, his stepmother's maid and father's concubine. "During their time there, Jacob's oldest son Reuben slept with Bilhah, who was one of Jacob's other wives. And Jacob found out about it." (Gen 35:22) Lastly, a quick perusal of Joseph's brothers clearly show that they have sinned against Hashem in regards to their brother. When they were accused by Joseph the co -regent of Egypt saying they were spies. 'They said to one another, “Surely we’re being punished because of our brother, because we saw how distressed he was when he cried to us for mercy, but we refused to listen. That is why this distress has come on us!” 22 Reuben said to them, “Didn’t I say to you, ‘Don’t sin against the boy,’ but you wouldn’t listen? So now we must pay for shedding his blood!” 23 Now they did not know that Joseph could understand them, for he was speaking through an interpreter. (Gen42:21-23) To suggest that the sons of Jacob were "Holy and Righteous" contradicts Moses and the prophets. "But the Lord saw that the wickedness of humankind had become great on the earth. Every inclination of the thoughts of their minds was only evil all the time." (Gen 6:5) "The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who are wise, who want to please God. But no, all have strayed away; all are rotten with sin. Not one is good, not one!" (Psalm14:2,3) Thank you rabbi for your insight.

I never had conflic is just that ,one being born on this world in a physical body , with all the drama going on in the world, traveling, playing guitar , many beautiful women , foods to enjoy, places to explore, parks of adventure to go to , wildlife to sightsee, so much to enjoy life in the physical level , which is exactly the purpose why G d created our bodies and put a soul in it , what's the point of being physical, but can't enjoy the physicality of the world, the soul is not just here in the soul alone or more like the consciousness because the soul is really a consciousness . Our consciousness is just so old and eternal like G d ,that I've always being highly spiritual but it gets at times a little boring because that's our original state ,so in this world it adds drama to our boredom doing the things we do physically which is truly an adventure, I've always been in conflict against my spiritually denying its existence because I did not want to be stuck on that realm all the time , because it cuts me away from the physical world. I become Isolated and separated from the world completely. I also wanna be part of the world, but I'm always hesitant, I don't want to get too caught up in the world either, indoctrinated or enslaved to the trappings of physicality. So yeah is a conflict of two different realities. Is constant and steady . This is why I resort highly to G d continously because is tough living in this world when two realities are at work every second of my life . So many things you just can't do because of it , the world is not just physical. I envy those that are like esav that are purely physical and they seem to live in peace and content with what they do. This is why Yitzhak loved esav because esav was a very extremely physical man , a hunter ,a man of the field, a man of the world . And yet he was pretty good at it. Yitzhak loverd about esav what Yitzhak wasn't which was an extremely spiritual holy man , Yitzhak went blind because his spirituality was his highest state and studied Torah everyday which culminated the loss of his vision . Even Jacob of all age . Moshe didn't read Torah, G d taught him . Which explains why Moses didn't lose his sight up to the age of 120 , also moshe was very physical. Yitzhak enjoyed the watching the physicality of esav which Yitzhak could never be . Yitzhak was an extremely holy man ,high level of spiritually and connected to G d, and very strict. He represents strictness. In the kabbalah tree , because he was so strict. Bound to Torah and commitment to G d . Is like me watching other men do things i wouldn't do and just be fascinated by them . Like wow , i wonder how they do it and are not bothered by it. But anything I do it creates based on my choices the results of my spiritual actions. In essence I'm bound by G d directly on a path . Is just different. Doesn't mean is bad or negative, but is my purpose which G d decreed upon me . And I'm content with it. I'm not missing anything, but I get fascinated so many times what others do so Smoothly and nothing seems to bother them , they sin constantly, do negative mitzvahs constantly and they do well in general. Some people are just meant to be the way they are because that's G d s choice and design for their personalities . The fiber of my soul is just what G d desires .

Moshe was given the Torah by G-d. If remember correctly, there is a concept that actually the Torah was first shared with Adam.
@bladimirbetancur327
@bladimirbetancur327 Жыл бұрын
@whoknew770 yes ,the tree of knowledge of evil and good was actually Torah. Ask yourself this question what's evil and good ? To murder is evil , not to murder is not , to steal is evil ,not to is good . To covet what isn't yours is evil ,to respect people's belongings is good. Actually Torah was given since 6th day of creation. G d planted the tree of evil and good and told Adam and Eve not to eat from it. They didn't know Torah till they ate of it . Meaning discovered the knowledge, we all eat of the tree of evil and good studying Torah. Actually Torah is the tree of knowledge of evil and good . It was transmitted since Adam, keep in mind that (Alef) the hebrew word for ( A) pronounced as pack the vowel said as ahh, and also Alef means 1 in the numerical scale , such as א ב ג ד , 1 2 3 4 ,so Adam means exactly first man . A for first, Dom for man or Dam ,but ashkenazi jews pronounce Odom, but others says Adam so is very difficult to pinpoint the exact pronunciation but in my opinion dam means man and Alef means ,A as in ahh and first . So the first man was Adam and he transmitted the Torah knowledge to methuaselah then noah then Shem and abram later called Abraham. Abraham was 58 years old when Noah died and shem died 200 years later keep in that when the flood came shem was 100 years then Noah lived 350 years more so shem then lived 150 more years after noah so by then Abraham was 58 years old when Noah died living so noah was 892 years when Abraham was born and shem was 392 years old when Abraham was born , and Abraham lived to 175 shem outlived Abraham by 33 years longer so you can see how the knowledge of creation was transmitted via our patriarchs and then Yitzhak was born and then yacob and when yacob was born he didn't meet or get to meet shem nor noah ,but Abraham the one that carried both noah and shem torch of hatorah . So yeah the Torah was transmitted via all those people culminating when the israelites were gathered together at Mount Sinai then the lord came down the mountain and gave us the Torah in a written stone from then on it was written down generations to generations all the way today . The year Abraham was born was 1948 after creation again it coincides mystically with the foundation of the state of Israel, then in the year 1646 Abraham died then 33 years later shem . So Torah was available since the 6th day of creation. It was just kept for a select few that kept it. And noah gained God's favor to continue the legacy . Methuaselah didn't die in the flood by G ds grace this explains why when the flood came G d said that the nefhilin also survive after the flood it refers to methuaselah, no everyone died ,b' nay elohim refers to the sons of God , married to the daughters of men which means men that assimilated to the nations customs, daughters of men means the nations of the world, b'nay elohim means sons of G d ,that refers to the ones that didn't corrupt and married to the daughters of men , methuaselah was the one that didn't marry or more like assimilated. That's why he also survived the flood in order to continue the Torah passing to the new generations all the way to Mount Sinai. Which at that point it was revealed the presence of G d When Israel was ready and surrendered to serve G d after all the miracles in mitzraim, G d made a statement of universal proportions to egyp and Israel in order to leave an Everlasting imprinted memory of G d s existence in the wordl . This is why we received the Torah manna from heaven for 40 years , shade during the day , and fire during the night and a protective cloud from.G d was dawned on the entire nation to nurture them , teach them Torah disconnect them from the indoctrination of slavery in Egypt which were severely indoctrinated ,that's why they didn't attack the caannanites after exodus because they were confident enough in themselves, that's why G d decided to await the new generation after them free of indoctrination , a new generation of free people mentality. No longer carrying on the damage and trauma of that the Egyptian nation left embedded in their soul and psychological state . They weren't simply ready to face canaan that's why they said the spies sent that there were as grasshoppers to the canaanites , meaning low self esteem and mentally trapped , damaged, traumatized, wounded with the abuse of 210 years of slavery. So yeah the Torah was given since day one. No body else wanted the Torah shem and noah were carrying but Abraham lived with them in their tents studying Torah for 39 years of his fist years since birth ,but Abraham only knew the basics of Torah or theories but never experienced the power of G d like shem and noah and Methuaselah. That's why why G d appeared to Abraham because he was ready to receive knowing basic wisdom passed on to him. Nobody else wanted the knowledge. Abraham was the last hope and luckily he kept it then yacob, struggling with esav for the knowledge and carry the heritage, that's why esav sold his birthright because he said what use is it if I'm about to die of hunger . Esav rejected the covenant. It was a burden for him . Yacob on the other hand wanted it and desired it that's why he made a deal with esav because he knew Esav couldn't honor the torch . To carry over . What's funny is that he gets angry when he himself didn't want it , that's why he married the cushites women that gave his parents headaches. He didn't honor the mitzvahs of honor thy father and mother. Yacob on the other hand did exactly what his mother asked him to marry the daughters of laban and which are not the daughters of ham but padam aram the land where Abraham was born today in modern day irak , where lot ,shem ,Abraham, all came from . They were all relatives. Esav married and assimilated to the nations of the world s same as the benay elohim prior flood . They were covenant holders of Torah but corrupted themselves very easily as in many cases as salomon which corrupted himself because of a woman ,and among others many men go astray because of women . But the true culprit is not the woman but the integrity of the man . I live daily surrounded by many Cristians voodoo , santeria, and all kinds of religious systems ,been with all kinds of women ,but never assimilated because my soul knows the truth, my integrity is unbreakable, my faith is ironclad proof . I've witnessed way too many Godly wonders to even anyone to be able to deter me from my faith. Nothing can lead me astray . Gone though all kinds of traumas never was enough to confuse me. The knowledge of G d is impossible to deny . Unfortunately many aren't as lucky as I was. We are all born with different purposes and decrees. Is not something that you choose . G d makes the choosing. My girlfriend is Christian and her family but that doesn't bother me at all . I know my deep truth . God didn't bestow in them what he bestowed upon me . And the only book in the universe that resonates with my soul is Torah There is nothing like Torah out there. I hold on to dear life with my God and Torah. God is the spirit and Torah is the letter G d wrote for me.

There are many things deep in Torah concealed that have not been revealed to many people because people in general just don't care they most of the time go about their business, I'm writing this because I know some people are gonna read it and assume that I'm lying, but is just that few of us cares enough to further know deep insights from Torah, really,truly pay attention to deeper details and understanding of Torah, the general mass society are usually content with what they know the basic simple Torah narrative, and many of us care enough to further the knowledge of Torah hidden deep in different words. So is hard to tell deep realities of Torah to people that just don't care .or are too busy minding their own business . But Torah goes further and further than meets the eye .

Josephs story is also about how two lies can ruin peoples lives because of favoritism by a parent over the “special” gifts.. The first lie was that he was killed by an animal so it ruined his chances of anyone looking for him. His father lives forever in hell believing his child to be dead. The second lie was the pharohs wife who thinks its okay yo imprison a human being in a hole… to avoid her truth .. and own punishment for being a coveting adulterer.. Moral of the stories include: dont play favorites .. it causes jealousy. Dont lie to escape con/Sequence.. it causes other people to Be pitted because of your lyin mouth and tongue of a snake that divides from Gods path.. of the straight and narrow.. like a ray’ of is’rael’light

Satan also promised Eve the knowledge of good and evil and promised her to be like God. Eve also felt the fruit and decided to have faith in satan instead Of God. She started dying right after disobeying God's Word and was expelled from the Garden of Eden, naked without light as a cover. She saw Abel's dead body and understood apparently too late who was the father of lies.“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20.The Salvation comes only by faith in God's Word, believing in The Truth of Who God Is. God Is The Only One Good, The Truth, Way, and Life. Immortality Belongs Only to God. "Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, Who only doeth wondrous things." Psalm 72:18 "That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes." Isaiah 65:16 "Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; Whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to Whom be honor and power everlasting." Amen. I Timothy 6:16

I don't understand. Joseph's brothers sold him into slavery and then lied to his father Jacob saying he had been eaten by wild beasts and you say they were incapable of sin???? Joseph announces he forgives them! for what?

Exactly, and not only that what about what happened at Shecham and Reuben sleeping with Bilhah and of course selling Joseph and lying to Jacob. Hardly think that makes them sinless.

I'm a Muslim. This Rabbi is lying. Most of The children of Jacob were very sinful in putting their brother Joseph life in danger and lying to their father about it. That's a major sin.

The Torah came first. If you based your religion on it, makes sense there's some "connection" for you. After the coming of Moshiach all will be one.
