David was so lovely here.This is a great song, his voice is so breathy and wonderful. So many of the PF songs were great then, and timeless now. David was always more than just a teen idol, a role he detested, but it was all innocent stuff. We only ever wanted to hold his hand, walk along the beach with him leaving our footprints in the sands of time. Whatever happened to all of us....
@jamesjohnklipper5367 жыл бұрын
Role made him famous, but then was like an albatross around his neck for the rest of his life. It was hard for many in the music business to see him then as a serious musician.

You know the other song wouldn't let me do the comments but I'm going to say it on this one. I wonder what they got to do with the outfits they wore you know the like velvet outfits and all that stuff? Did they get to keep it is any of it in the Smithsonian? My thoughts are this I hope they are sent them off for charities because no one would else would be right wearing them number one. and number two they would bring a pretty penny for charities. The songs bring back good memories. Go partridges!

Shirley loved her son very much but David was fighting issues with his dad, jack Cassidy even then it hurts but David was more talented than his dad and his dad couldn’t cope with that and David paid the price for jack Cassidy’s price. He killed his own w!! That’s the bottom line. It’s sad and done!😅
