We can't seem to catch a break with this build! As we try to finish up Tim's Jeep, we ran into a couple more problems with the parts, making it take an extra day than planned. Check out to see if we were able to locate the right part and send him on his way with an upgraded new ride!
Make sure to follow along with us as we build and fabricate cool stuff!!

I couldn't watch any videos at work this week so I had to wait until my day off. That was a fun week with Paul and his family. With all the editing for time you don't get to appreciate the time and attention to detail that went into the build. Thanks again! And it ran great all the way back to Colorado.

I don't comment on youtube videos often, but y'all these videos are 👌 One day I hope to have a shop this size! In the meantime, I live vicariously through paul's projects. That turned out to be quite the marathon. It's a real pain in the ass when the parts are wrong, or missing. Have been working by myself for a long time now, so I have to gravity bleed brakes when I work on them. I used to have a vacuum bleeder, but when I loaned it out, the guy never cleaned it when he was done with it. the next time I went to use it, it was junk. Been gravity bleeding ever since. Never had any issues with brakes when gravity bleeding. Seems faster to me too. Good stuff, looks like you really enjoy what you do. God bless, stay well.

Paul, little tip for checking gear pattern... Take some white grease in a small can, with a lid, spray some orange or yellow paint in it and mix it up and brush it on the gears... Doesn't dry out like paint, wipes off, can reapply without build up... Used it for setting gears for 25+ years and don't forget to put the lid on the can...

The original rear end had drum brakes and the 8.8 had disc’s. Same change I did in my 88 Cherokee. Did you have to change the master cylinder and proportioning valve for accommodate disc front and disc rear. I had to use a master cylinder for a 78 Mercury Marquee Brougham. It fit the booster perfectly and has nice big pistons in it for good fluid pressure and volume.
