When I was a police officer there is 1990 to 1995, it seemed all I was doing was "escorting" folks out of the then original building. When I returned years later, I was very pleased with the restoration work that had been done. Mainly, it was the site restoration that went on all around the building. I almost didn't recognize it. @@LisaKEntertainment There loads and it can be a hard answer but if there a top 3 it would be.... Railway Lines to travel on 1) Settle to Carlisle Railway, Trains run from Leeds to Carlisle, some stunning scenery in the north of England 2) Kyle of Lochalsh Line, Trains run from Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh and it some stunning Scottish scenery 3) Heart of Wales Line which trains run from Shrewsbury (England) to Swansea (Wales) as that line has some stunning scenery Trains 1) Mallard the steam locomotive, that is on display at the National Railway Museum in York (which would be a good travel spot as well) 2) Flying Scotsman, just a celebrity Steam locomotive that draws people in, think that currently hanging around on different heritage railways 3) Class 43 High Speed Train, these trains are still in passenger service with Great Western Railway and ScotRail but some are now on heritage railways as they been replaced by modern trains Travel Locations 1) York, the station and the National Railway Museum is lovely 2) Severn Valley Railway, lovely heritage line which runs from Kidderminster in Worcestershire to Bridgnorth in Shropshire 3) It's a hard one to find a 3rd one for a top 3 as over in the UK we have so much history with our Railways, this year we're celebrating 200 years since the 1st passenger train ran on the Stockton and Darlington Railway
