Sounded to me like right when he told the tower he needed to return the atc gave him a heading change "080" and the pilot read it back wrong "050" and atc didn't catch the mistake. Could just be in the video editing though. CFIAM JOE COVINO Lake Havasu,Arizona.

Speaking as a nurse, I can say that seizures rarely cause the patient to stop breathing for a prolonged period of time. They may undergo a short period of not breathing as the body tries to reset itself but can still cause a long period unconsciousness. However, if the seizure is severe enough and/or there's an underlying condition (like a hemorrhagic stroke), this can be fatal. There are many seizure patients that are sensitive to the air pressure changes that occur during flight. I hope the person is ok.

I hoped he made full recovery. I heard about this lady who got a heart attack mid flight but that plane was full of cardiologists heading to a seminar or something. She made perfect recovery

I hope the passenger is OK. Having had two major seizures myself they are not fun. I don't remember the first at all, and remember the beginning of the second. Was in a coma after both.There's about 4-5 days of my life that i just have no recollection of at all.

Most of the readback from the plane is incorrect, direction, level; ATC did not pick that up. Very poor.

If it's a medical emergency where med personnel are going to meet at gate, then why not land 26R and shave a couple min off taxi time?

Often times one runway is used for takeoff and one for landing

@@Boodieman72 Perhaps, but an emergency aircraft usually has discretion. Plus 26R appears to be the longer runway, also usually given to emergency aircraft.
