Here we are with the last episode of this short series "The pasta with most .... name". I hope you enjoyed it! Indeed the regional cuisines in Italy offer many other 'interesting' names of dishes but this will be for another time. For now enjoy this appearance of my incorrigible friend Luana :-)

What brand of anchovies is good?

In Italy you really have to choose, much less outside , sometimes it's just one brand. The suggestion I give you is: to buy anchovies that come whole in oil, pour the oil and replace it with extra virgin olive oil. Let them rest for a few days and then use the anchovies and their oil. You will see that the dish becomes even better!
