What brand of anchovies is good?

In Italy you really have to choose, much less outside , sometimes it's just one brand. The suggestion I give you is: to buy anchovies that come whole in oil, pour the oil and replace it with extra virgin olive oil. Let them rest for a few days and then use the anchovies and their oil. You will see that the dish becomes even better!
