At 5:30 it says no fan! But this oven has no option for shutting the fan off. And also we can clearly see from the video that the fan is turning. Why did you say that?

I've seen Italian Chefs purposely grind the soffritto into a paste, then cook the paste 20 minutes. Is this bad?

What a joke that a lot of people wanna stop watching bc someone breaks pasta. Why the heck does it matter what someone does with their own pasta.

Your video is excellent, however, the music is loud and a bit annoying, please 🙏 don’t keep the music!! It is hard to follow your directions with the sound of the music in the background….

Oh Mamma Mia! I'm so happy this was just a joke but if people wanna know how to make pasta here it goes... Never put oil in the boiling water, never break your pasta. Use salt in your boiling water, wait for your pasta to be (Al dente) then put in your pasta sauce, the tomato sauce is hopefully homemade from a Nonnas garden...if not use the (Nutti pasta sauce) or (Raos) sauce...or Cento sauce. Please use a jar cup to dip into the hot boiling water...to save in the side to use very small portions on to the pasta to help cook the rest of the pasta in the pasta sauce, never use sink fossit water ... you'll kill the cooking. Use the hot pasta boiling water you used for the spaghetti pasta. Have a jar with that pasta water in it. Then have some fresh basil and break them with your hands to put into the pasta, and a little bit of salt, then turn off your stove fire after cooking Then put tiny bit of peperoncino aka red pepper flakes....then some extra virgin olive oil. Then put Pecorino cheese or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. My heart hurt when she put oil in the boiling water and she broke the pasta...my can feel my Nonna from the afterlife cry.... blasphemy. And have fresh Basil and use Parmigiano Reggiano OR Pecorino cheese...fresh. I am an Italian/Mexican from Sicily...I panic when I see some AMERICANS desecrate Pasta. But watching this video through I realized this lady was joking and And My nerves calmed down...my eyes popped out when she broke the pastA and she but oil in the water😂😂😂
