The yellow stuff is akind of soft bread called dhido made from cornflour and the curry was of mushroom and the white one was mohi which is mixture milkcurd and water blended together

It's much thicker and fattier than cow milk. I guess if u add half water to the buffalo's milk then u get the consistency of cow milk.
