Fantastic again. So glad Chico's story has a happy ending, even though it must have been so difficult at the time. Thanks for another great episode. You're both very brave.

I've been listening to the podcast from the start and thought it was the most uniquely amazing music podcast ever! This is the first video version I've watched and it's on another level! Can't think of any other music doc that is so honest and insightful - thanks so much for this and for the Happy Mondays! RIP Paul

Ange it’s beautiful how you got these made and great to see being ex partners didn’t mean never talking again How spooky though that these were done and finished just weeks before we lost him - almost like he had to get his story out as he’s never done a thing considering his contribution to music globally it shouldn’t ever be underestimated what a genius band this man helped create

I don’t think even the band themselves know just how much they made a massive impact on the youth of that day and generations after and also how amazing they sounded and how literally every song they did was absolute fucking mega

Hearing Linda talking about her lung cancer and surviving it was proof that my dad, when he only had half his lung removed when he had lung cancer instead of all his lung removed he might have lived. I really enjoy these podcasts. I haven't missed one yet, I look forward to next week's. Special to Angela, Paul and everyone else involved. ❤

They got better and better as musicians and songwriters with each album...if things hadn't got on top for the 4th album, who knows how good they would have been through the 90s. Jon Robb is always spot on . Gonna go and listen to Paul's bass on Olive Oil now..

Simply dumbfounded. Everyone seems to have gone through so much. Pain and suffering. Incredible stories from everyone. (audio levels perfect again now). Serendipity might be a sign that God is listening?. If you asked Paul if he believed in God, he might say no, but Angels were around him. (Los Angeles/Angela/Chico).
@glisteningstories

He definitely believed in the afterlife and was very open to spirituality. Glad the audio levels are OK now! 😘😘

Just shows you how powerful 1 persons opinion of someone can influence you , after reading shauns book years ago he painted most of them as ego maniacs and they were this and that but its now obvious the problem was shaun himself

@@glisteningstories I was surprised to hear the love they all seemed to have for pd , again , Shaun painted a very different picture, mark day also who seems sound.... The fact Shaun didn't even ask how your son was when he was ill is unbelievable, couldn't even put his ego aside for his nephew... So many great bands ruined by egos, Mondays, the verve, oasis, roses, new order

I’m sorry, I love what you’re doing 👍🏽…. RIP Paul …., I quess the whole listening to bickering gran hens a lil annoying…. Cmon …. Get Ian Brown or more importantly “ Get Shaun” …. I’m over listening to their Moms arguing …. It’s taking a downward spiral …. Please hear me out….,I love the band but the moms is getting old and hard to watch . Hope I didn’t “Bummed, you out “ …. More rockers , less Moms!!! 🙏🏼…. Keep up good work 🤙🏽
