The Peak Cyberpunk 1.6 Edgerunner Experience (Spoilers)

Watch it to the end, as always. This is me doing everything within the vanilla game for 1.6 to honor the anime, and it's the pattern I go by whenever I release a serious review video. This is basically the 1.6 Cyberpunk Edgerunner Update in a Nutshell.
Also yes you have to make the exact same mistakes as I showed to achieve maximum edgerunning power. No exceptions or you ain't truly running on the edge (of actual Cyberpunk players' sanity as I make every textbook mistake). But hey, Rebecca would be proud of the amount of gun I used.
Don't ask me about the build, I literally booted up Cyberpunk and found a 100% save, minus the 1.6 update, to go give Smasher what he deserved ASAP after Edgerunners.
What I CAN tell you that the Legendary Sandevistan is fully modded with 3 preem legendary heatsinks to reduce cooldown by like 21s or something. I might not even be using the right Sandevistan and it's just the one that came with the save. It works though.

They can't literally miss the chance of milking this further, and its a milking on demand from the fans. They have to keep extending this story through the game and expansions. It would be the best way to save the game and reach to the end goal they wanted of building an online sandbox in a cyberpunk world. Expand Edgerunners with more questing and storylines in the game. More seasons with different stories pop up, giving us a far bigger insight of the world, and the process repeats building up to bigger and bigger world for players later inmerse themselves with. And thus, you create the foundation of a good MMO for players later on.

But after getting a grasp of the world itself in a more "living" format such as a show, what's waking up in people is gonna more like "V is cool and all, but I wanna be *me* in this world" Imagine a multiplayer of this game in the format of GTA online, and the roleplay servers. People maybe not being as goofballs as they are in GTA cause now they have a Sandbox with a Dark and serious universe around them.

@@theargentino4245 Same sentiments with that too, the game was planned to be a proper RPG based on early advertising, but I reckon the game's direction changed due to time constraints and having Silverhand written into the game, so they needed an actual story to drive it to finish up the story in a predictable way. It's just a matter of the genre shift that led to the dashed expectations. Only thing is that it'd look a lot like Skyrim's structure if we did get an RPG, you pretty much do what you want and do quests that you want. You'd probably end up as a CEO or something eventually as a Corpo as the endgame, or some sort of legendary mercenary, or leave Night City, but that's pretty much all I can think of. The endgame for an open-world sandbox RPG is extremely difficult to implement without disappointing everyone in a very Mass Effect style ending (your choices never mattered in the end-style) and without the time and proper planning. And CDPR unfortunately had none of that to spare, and too many high expectations to make, which has to be the reality of the situation.

So far it's been a waste of potential imo. Cyberpunk is trash, the only good thing about it is the lore and universe. Same for edgerunners. The story is trash, haha David go suicide as a cyberpsycho and power of friendship prevent him from turning. He's being trapped like an idiot and just go for it because "he wants to die a legend". The only good thing about the anime is the style (that I like but that's subjective) and the lore/universe around it. If both products were in a more common universe it'd be garbage. There's a hype on cyberpunk universe and lore right now and I am waiting for some really good content with it, not just average.

The Falcon isn't David's at least it doesn't seem like it is. I think David's is an unreleased Mk 6 we don't know about and Arisaka wants it. Anyway of you want to emulate David's the QianT is a lot closer in reusabilty with 3 HeatSinks and a Bioconductor to speed up the cooldown more. 60s might sound short but in combat that's a long time. David can use his almost Immediately back to back. Hypothetically the Militech Mk 6 would have built in Heatsinks to make it more like what David has.

I think the ending is good. It means enjoy the time you have with each other. The unjust passing if any character makes them more memorable. It’s up to the imagination to formulate what could’ve been. Sometimes longings can be more impactful than the actual thing. A painful ending is what makes edge-runners what it is.

Nicely said. I put that last part in for the memes but I think that's the beauty of the sad ending. It gets people thinking that if our cast had never done what they did and left Night City, they'd probably still be alive. All about never forgetting those around you in pursuit of your goals and taking time to spend with them, like how Lucy and David started drifting apart as David got busier. It sometimes costs your ambitions to spend said time with people close to you, and it's only when it's gone that you start to regret it. As the game says, it's a Cautionary Tale for sure as a reminder to always make time for the people you care about.

seeing this helped me move from being upset to accepting the ending. or maybe we'll see something like keanu reaves's character with david sharing a new host body or just getting a new one. tell me there isn't a body mod that would allow that in this universe, and if there was we'd not only get david back but also rebecca and her brother. plz we need a better ending for this series. also, doom eternal theme was perfect for smasher getting smashed. david coming back for revenge was the end we all wanted. also smasher is nothing compared to how he's portrayed in the show, yea he's a beast but extremely killable

During the Fear the Reaper quest i came in blazing hot iron, i felt like an absolute badass with my sandevistan and satori slashing everyone that got in my way. But the deeper i got, some soldiers started fearing for their life, the initial response to the attack failed and these guys were sent to gain time for the elite team to arrive, normal soldiers coming at me when super soldiers failed and they ran at me while crying "I dont want to die here, not like this". After raising the floor to connect to Mikoshi i also saw some netrunners connected and was about to slash them, but was reminded of how Arasaka used Lucy, sure they worked for the corpos, but maybe its not what they wanted, im sure the soldiers that knew would most likely die would rather not be there, i couldnt get myself to kill them. Man, what a shit show, i came in feeling like the greatest and left feeling like shit.

Man I wished they add an expansion. Where you can start a new. And you have a CHOICE in the game where you either play V or D (David). And ofcourse if you choose the David story line. You get Lucy and Becca instead of Judy and Panam. And ofcourse you follow the same story as the anime. Longer story with multiple endings. Since I know the story in the 10 episodes are summarised/compressed to fit the 10 episodes. Like that would be dream come true. I don't care if I already know one of the endings in the game that will be the same as the anime. If they would, they can make multiple endings too. One where Becca and David Lived happy ever after :(. If I win lottery, I'mma pump money to CDProjektRed and make that come true!
